Wow, these guys are amazing they went way above and beyond all expectations, and saved our vacation. Picking up the car from the cruise terminal, fixing the window, cleaning out the broken glass and charging our vehicle while we were at sea, then returning the car to us at the cruise terminal. Big props to Lawrence for coordinating all this and Ethan for driving everywhere to make this all happen. Best service you can get!

Dealing with Lawrence, called and texted multiple times to get my excavtor glass fixed. Told me i will check stock" told me 3 times on 3 different days. No call back or anything. Finally let him know his service is extremely poor. And in the next minute i get a call. Do not deal with rapid auto. If this is a manager

Very polite service. Speedy rear glass replacement. Perfect workmanship. Staff aimed at getting the best info of my situation so as to arrange everything ahead before my arrival at the repair shop and to ensure car was ready to pick up asap (I reached there Sat afternoon, car ready to pick up Mon afternoon), so, tons of questions were asked when I called on Sat 10:30 am. Overall, I was very impressed by Rapid Glass. They offered 7 days service as well, very important!

They fixed my SUV's rear glass.. but they broke the clips surrounding the glass which were not broken before.. and when I called and asked about it, I was told I can just 'push them back in' but I had toyota look at it and they are all completely busted, and rain water fills inside my car now since there is no seal.I have had 2 repairs done, the first one was ok, the second is when I received my vehicle back with broken clips.Sure they are fast, but I would recommend since the quality seems poor.

The staff is friendly, they work quickly, but not qualitatively. They literally destroyed my hood vent, which was new before. And now i have to pay another $150-$200 to buy new one

We recently took a road trip to Alberta during spring break, and with all the sand and stones used to salt and sand the highways, we had a lot of small rocks hurled at us at highway speeds. One ended up cracking out windshield. Came back from the trip and contacted Rapid Auto since they're just a few blocks from our place. An appointment was setup quickly on a day that worked for us.We fully expected to drop off the car and need a ride home, but to our surprise they provided a (very red) Mazda 3 as a courtesy car for the day!They had the windshield replaced, and even vacuumed up the very messy car (full of dirt and mud from our trip) within a few hours. We picked up the car after work, and were on our way. All we had to pay was the deductible.Can't give these folks any higher praise, it was a great experience and would definitely come back if we ever need more glass repairs!

Took my RAM 1500 yesterday to replace back window and customer service was phenomenal ! Both receptionist and technician are super helpful, also super easy and simple paperwork. They also have courtesy cars which is really convenient. Amazing results and definitely will recommend this place to friends and family !

Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish the folks at rapid. Auto glass were friendly, helpful, accurate timely I can’t say enough I had tried to get my car windshield fixed at another local location and couldn’t get in and really needed this to get done, they came and took my car left me a loaner and everything was perfect

After trying to get a repair appointment at another popular chain and not being able to get in for six days (crack could have spread by then), I tried Rapid and they got me in immediately. The staff was super friendly and the technician explained the job well to set my expectations. The repair looked great, was done within the promised 30 minutes and I was on my way. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
