I had a great experience. Rob called right away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and provided a couple tips on the machine. The cleaner was like new and did an exceptional job. All for a very reasonable price. 100% recommend this service.

On-time, free delivery and pick-up! Amazing customer service! Knowledgeable. Machine was clean and sanitized when I received it. This carpet cleaner rental company is top notch. The machine is heavy duty and reliable. The soap provided is fantastic. It’s an extra cost but definitely worth it. The delivery personnel is professional and explains how to use the machine well. Delivery and pick up is punctual.

An excellent experience all around! So easy to book! We discussed my situation and what solutions I would need for our situation. Rob delivered the machine and supplies in the time window as promised. He explained how to use the machine and attachments. Even gave us suggestions on how to best address our problems. He also was available if we needed help or had problems with the machine, but we had no problems. Machine was so clean and so easy to use! Then Rob picked up the machine in the stated time window! A totally positive experience and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Will use this company again!

Carpet cleaner arrived on time and Rob's explanation was quick and comprehensive, covering everything I needed to know to get going! I was very impressed (grossly so!) with the amount of dirt/grime/fluff that the cleaner pulled out of the carpet! I did 2 rounds in each room and it got out blue printer ink stains (whoops) the first time, removed brown/black stains of unknown origin, and significantly reduced the marks in the carpet from my rolling desk chair. We also were able to use it on the stairs without too much fuss with the hose attachment (leaving the base at the top/bottom of the stairs). As a smaller female, I didn't find the machine too heavy or hard to move at all and enjoyed seeing the improvement in the carpet before/after. Pick-up was also quick and efficient - highly recommend!

It was a very good first experience with Astonize. Not without failures, but they were properly managed by ROB. The rented equipment for carpet cleaning had a probem of suction and had to be replaced, which was done with no stress.The delivery and pick-up were very punctual, the assistance provided before anf after the rental were also very professional and helpful.I appreciate and further recommend ROB and Astonize for the great service. I LOVE surprises. Let me tell you guys, I was SHOCKED to see how much DIRT this incredible machine picked up from my carpets! As a first time user, I was not expecting this machine to really go in and absorb the dirt, but you’ll be amazed at how dirty your carpet can actually be even after vacuuming well. The ease of use of the upholstery attachment makes cleaning effortless. I have never seen my upholstered chair looking so clean. These are extremely easy to use, but the machine can be a bit heavy with the water.I had a minor problem with the machine and Bob was ever so kind and arrived promptly to troubleshoot the issue. You’ll get amazing service AND highly effective product.Also, I recommend using the soap with the machine as it helps tremendously with results. I’m not a fan of harsh or pungent scents, so this soap was very light and nearly compared to (give or take) a clean, “fresh linen” scent, if you will.Believe me, an occasional skeptic, that you will NOT be disappointed with this cleaner. Don’t miss out!

Called for a rental of a steam cleaner, they delivered and picked up when they said they would. Rob explained the machines operation very clearly and professionally. Machine and service so much better than the grocery store to Home Depot etc.

This company is right on. Rob is very nice. He dropped off the machine and picked it up when he said. The machines are great machine. I would recommend this company to all my friends and anybody who needs to rent a rug cleaner.
