Lisa Hendry (nurse practitioner) is wonderful - thoughtful, caring, non-judgemental, pro-active, thorough and easy to talk to.As a healthcare professional I've seen and experienced a huge spectrum in quality of patient care and I'm so grateful to have her on my team.The clinic itself seems well run, the staff are friendly and there have been no issues with referrals or accessing appointments.

Dr. Somma, who is our family doctor, is absolutely amazing. Caring, level headed and bothers to explain everything and give the best guidance and treatment. Our family feels very fortunate to get Dr. Somma as our family doctor.When Dr. Somma is not available, the other doctors who have seen us, have also been wonderful so far. This clinic works as a team and I am very impressed.Better parking facility at the Willoughby office.

I absolutely love the doctors within the practice however the MOA’s working arent attentive or answer the phone promptly. I did wait 8 minutes for someone to answer the phone when I called and then it hung up as if someone picked it up and pressed hold again however it hung up so I called back.. only to be holding again for another 5 when they finally did answer. After sitting in the office witnessing the phone beeping and the staff talking amongst themselves, I understand why I waited so long on hold. I think they could do better in the front end of things with their customer service.

I’ve been going to this clinic since I came to Canada in 2013. Dr. Ceniza is not only a great doctor but also cares about her patients. She’s so dedicated to her job and she works so extremely hard on taking care of her patients. I’m very fortunate to be one of her patients. The clinic is fully staffed and they have dedicated time in the mornings for urgent care calls. All the nurse practitioners are extremely experienced and warm-hearted.
