The hotel is great. Room was nice and clean. Good free, hot breakfast, and free airport shuttle makes it a good value. Location is close to the airport, but there is nothing else around. We ordered food in as we didn't have a vehicle and there is no restaurant.

Location is convenient. Rooms are nice.If you are staying longer than a day or two, you have to request housekeeping daily. There is a $20 charge for premium cleaning - changing sheets basically. They slip a piece of paper under your door and you must fill it out and bring it to the front desk every day to get fresh towed and garbages emptied. Very inconvenient.

Okay for a night. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had everything you need. Pool and hottub were not in operation when we were there , kinda frustrating when you expect the amenities to be operational. Close to airport. Free parking and breakfast.

Oh man… it was decent for the price but I would pay a little more to stay somewhere else. Not a fan of their sliding doors for the bathroom - does not lock properly and there is a gap when closed. Housekeeping did not make the bed or replenish the toiletries. Only towels were replenished and trash taken out. Extra service like new sheets, deep clean, etc is $20. Also the fire alarm went off at 3am but I guess it was a false alarm. The eggs at the complimentary breakfast tasted artificial…like it was made from powder or something. The TV only had a couple of French channels that worked, no other channels were available. I was assigned a connecting room but there was poor soundproofing so I could hear the neighbouring guests loud and clear.

We could not have been more welcomed by the team at this location - they are outstanding ! We were so well taken care of and accommodated the entire time we were there . They gave us a complimentary airport shuttle and a bagged breakfast since we were leaving at 4am . They allowed us to check in early since they had an available room and they also offered to hold our luggage if they didn’t .

Arrived at airport and picked up by shuttle, wonderful driver, very kind and talkative.Decent room, comfortable and clean. Good location.Tried to set up the shuttle to go to one of the airport hubs. I was very frustrated that they said the shuttle only goes to the main terminal ( $33 cab ride the next morning). For the extra $33 I could have stayed at a nicer hotel and had a shuttle that goes to my hub.I found it strange that all other hotels I have stayed at with shuttles, all drive to any hubs on the airport property. This is the only one I have found that the shuttle only goes to the main terminal.For this reason I will not stay at this hotel anytime in the future.There notes on their website should explain the limitations of the shuttle transport

This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure!Very pleased with my quick layover at this hotel. All the staff are friendly and professional. I was offered late check-out on a complimentary basis. Room was comfortable, modern and spacious enough for the price. Shuttle went very well. The area has many modern warehouses/corporate offices. Convenient to airport.

Very clean rooms, but room cleaning limited to 1 or 2 times per week, which unfortunately seems to be common practice for many hotels. Can get supplies from house keeping if needed. Good hot breakfast with plain scrambled or with bell peppers eggs. Pork sausages bacon on occasion, baked beans alternating with fried potatoes, bread, bagels, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, instant oatmeal. Very hearty, tasty and filling. No business center, but front desk offers to print documents emailed to them. Pool available. A bit far from restaurants, attractions as closer to airport. Convenient free airport shuttle. Recommended but try to avoid peak times (Calgary Stampede) as prices are high then.
