Overall, the window installation process exceeded expectations and is highly recommended.

Let's get the first thing out of the way; yes, Magic is more expensive than others. But getting new windows with them was a great experience and it's hard to find a comparable window with any other company. We quoted a few years ago but were not yet ready to start our project due to other expenses. Magic was happy to come in again and do another quote for us. Alex was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of great suggestions to make our window replacement a success. There was a lot of good communication with the company and they kept us up to date on the status of our order and what to expect. The attention to detail was evident as they came in to do a few additional measurements for double-checking. Akash and the installation team were very considerate and easy to talk to. Although they did take an extra day due to the complexities of our project, it wasn't a big deal and we are happy with the result.We've gotten a lot of good comments from neighbours about our windows. We love the clean look, easy operation and rolling bug screens. The retractable black-out blind for the nursery is a game changer, and is so discreet when not in use, it will allow us to really dress that window anyway we like. All-in-all, we think Magic was worth the investment and would highly recommend them if you are looking for new windows.

We reviewed several window companies and Magic Windows seems to be the only company to actually innovative within the industry. Crankless windows, integrated blind solutions and more. All at a great price compared to the competition. The installation crew was fantastic and Derek did a great job of staying in touch. My only challenge, and likely a unique scenario with Magic Windows, was that when we asked about how to claim the government clean energy rebate, we were misinformed resulting in not qualifying for the $5K rebate. Had that process gone smoothly, I would have provided a 5-star rating. If you're in the market for new windows look no further!

We are thrilled with our new windows. The black compliments our red brick exterior and makes our home look more modern (and the installation crew was kind enough to remove our dated shutters!). We are amazed at how much bigger the rooms feel, especially our living room! The process was smooth and the installers were fantastic.

Wow it was certainly worth waiting for. Now we cant wait for summer to enjoy this new window onto the pool deck. It is like bringing the outdoors inside.The installation process was seamless after a few measurements the team had the job completed in the morning and the old windows and door were gone too. The increase in light into our family room was a little bonus we didn’t expect. We updated our windows to Magic Windows and they are amazing! We can’t wait for the warmer weather to fully utilize our “Magic” windows. See photos of our back sliding door. We were able to install 8FT height doors with a retractable shade and bug screen. Love it. Plus many other windows.

My new front windows are installed and look fantastic. From the initial sales visit to my home to the installation this week, my experience with Magic Windows has been flawless. I visited the showroom to be 100% sure that this was the product I thought it was, and the team there was able to suggest a very creative solution to what I was envisioning. The result is a product I'm very proud to have in my home. Everyone that I've dealt with at Magic Windows has been very nice, friendly, and happy to be around. I am so pleased with my new Magic Windows! They are easy to use and made so well. I was surprised at how quickly the technicians could install them and finish up the trim- there wasn’t much disruption at all. Jeremy, my consultant, outlined everything that would be done and what I would need to do to get ready. He made it really easy to choose the right windows for my business. We are a boarding kennel and so we had specific needs. The technicians were also great- they worked efficiently and really respected my property and worked around the kennel’s operation. I highly recommend the product but I also can’t say enough about how great the service is!

Magic Windows has been very professional in their recent installation of our window wall. We are very happy with the final result. It allows us a much better view of our back yard. We love the integrated insect screen and sunshade. Great product
