I don’t suggest it. His explanations are false and he left me 5 star review, but as soon as he was aware about my feedback, he started to claim accident claim for 2 black lines and Turo is inspecting that. He asked for cleaning which that one is wrong too and the car was in a same situation.

A great experience for the most part. It was my first time using TURO and it was not quite what I expected compared to those people I know who have also used TURO. I was expecting to pick up and drop off the car at someone’s home and have them check out the car personally when I returned it. Shawn was great in helping me through the “ do it yourself” drop off and now that I am familiar with that process, I will gladly use this service again in the future and happily recommend it to others. The only drawback is that I had to take a 30 minute Uber ride to get to the car.
