Purchased the Prestige" Duvet and a duvet cover with matching shams. We've had it for about 4 weeks and the feathers in the duvet have shifted from panel to panel leaving many panels empty. This also shows an uneven and lumpy cover on the bed. The stitching on the duvet cover is starting to come apart leaving it rather cheap and tattered looking. The stores solution for fixing the panels is to shift the feathers back into the panels they came out of or I can take it to them and they will do it for me. Seriously

Good products but not so good customer service. Several employees chatting and not doing much but unable to assist or greet customers.

My experience at the limeridge mall was great! Since Sears closed I didn't know where to buy new sheets until I walked into quilts. A woman by the name of Stephanie helped me with my purchase. She was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I would recommend this place! Ask for Stephanie and you'll surely get amazing customer service

Terrible products right off the boat from China. Ever notice how each product on their website is 5 star? Because they filter out the bad reviews and only show the good ones. Good honest business practices.- I disagree with you're response unfortunately. I left a review of the products I purchased and it wasn't posted. Instead, customer service contacted me to try ratify the situation. Which was a nice gesture but nothing could be done of course because I used the product. Money down the drain. And to be fair, my review wasn't anything harsh. It was an honest opinion that the website admins didn't want the world to see.- and to further clarify, I don't take issue with your store only the website and their lack of transparency.

Dont wanna come out when I am there staff also are so friendly and knowledgeable
