Excellent service and quality work. I recently had my husband’s dress shoes repaired. Mike and Tony went way above the “call of duty”. On top of the repairs, they cleaned, stained and polished the shoes. They look like new.Thank you so much. Will be back for sure.

I was looking for someone to repair my climbing shoes. Given a waiting period of over two months at the Ontario Resoles, I called this person. Specifically, I asked him if he “knows how to repair a climbing shoe.” He confidently said yes, and charged me $180 for four tiny patches; Ontario Resoles charges $45 for half resoling. Firstly, I was shocked to see the patches and not resoling. Second, the patched rubber was super rigid and hurt my toes. Third, it started to wear off after a few climbs. Furthermore, they started to wear off after a few climbs. I called back, explained everything, and asked if he had repaired a climbing shoe before, to which he did not answer. He rudely ignored my concerns and implied he was better than Ontario Resoles (known for this work). He said, “get your shoes repaired by an expert and bring them back to me, and I will see if they can do better (than me). This is the best I can do for you.”I honestly believe he lied to me that he was an expert in repairing climbing shoes. I am utterly disappointed; I should have purchased a new shoe with the money I wasted. Be careful when you choose this guy to repair your shoes, and NEVER EVER HAVE HIM REPAIR CLIMBING SHOES!!

Mike could be very nice, he goes above and beyond when he chooses to. He had done a couple of jobs for me that he never charged for, however when has to do a job, he does properly. Kudos to Odeon Shoe Repair!!!

I usually don't give bad reviews, but this person in the grey shirt at Odeon shoe repair (located in Markville mall, across from Aroma) deserves below zero stars due to his eruptive behavior and poor customer service skills. Very, very rude; I dropped off a pair of shoes about a month ago and paid upfront for the service. When I went back to pick them up today, he took the paper slip from my hand, went to the back, and came back out rudely stating that he doesn't have the shoe and that someone picked it up. I said, How is it possible that someone picked it up

I came to them years ago and they resoled an old pair of boots beautifully and at a great price.This time I brought another pair of favourite (not great quality) boots and was gently told they were not worth resoling.I will deeply mourn these boots but I am very grateful for the honesty and the lovely conversation that followed!I will endeavour to find better quality boots!

I’ve been taking my shoes and expensive bags to Odeon for repair for many years and I have to say that I’ve never been disappointed. Lately, I took my husband’s expensive shoes for new heel and new soles, they did an excellent job. The shoes are like new again. Yes, they are expensive but not more than others.I also took a yellow expensive ladies purse that the colour had faded on the trims and on the handles. I was told that it could be difficult to match the colour however, when I picked it up I was so happy. The purse looks beautiful and new.Looking for excellence in workmanship with your leather products? Go no further. You will not be disappointed with Odeon. They are professionals and excellent workers.

I've been bringing my shoes/purses to Odeon Shoe Repair for over twenty years. I am always satisfied with the repairs they have done. Whenever I ask for advice about what to do with a worn shoe, they provide me with excellent advice and different options. Work is done in a timely manner. I have taken my work shoes here for years. Only company I trust with my Ferragamo and to handle them with care. They repaired the heel and shine it well.Also, for the reviews slamming service. The owner went above and beyond for me by replacing soles that were worn down as a good gesture. They know the shoe business and they do it well. Give them a try and make your own judgment.

Wife brought her leather shoes here to get repaired. She’s been wearing the same leather shoes for over 10yrs. Since she’s unable to find the same pair again with the right height and comfort.They did a great job , they look brand new.
