The last couple of times we have gone, the scanner for the app has been down, so you cannot redeem or get points. I can understand being down for a day or so, but we went on a Tuesday and then weren't back again until the Saturday and the scanner was still down, unless it just happened to break again. If that's the case, maybe they need a new one! We have found the people at the window are also hit and miss. Some are very friendly, say hello, here is your order, repeat what you got, then have a nice day and others grunt and glare at you, almost throw your drinks at you and I'm sure if they were allowed would follow it with an f-off. We've had that experience quite a few times going through the drive thru before.

Just ordered 2 hsm and cheddar sandwiches to take away and when we went to eat them NO CHEESE in site on the sandwich.

This is a very busy Tim near to Lake Huron shores. It's have only take out and drive throu. Its in the busy area of Little town Port Elgin. Customer service expected fast.

Super slow drive through. Took over 20min to get 5 cars through. Customer service was terrible, the staff didn't make eye contact and mumbled how much I owed her. I would avoid this place. I won't be back despite being local.

worst drive thru experience spent half an hour just to get a coffee. Hope they will get better in future

Great location, drive thru, and to-go orders only. Staff are great with lots of parking spaces as it is located adjacent to Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart stores.

We were there on Saturday June 10th. The young lady that served us was very friendly and helpful. We went in and ordered. Actually the young lady at the drive thru was through the roof friendly and was smiling and so polite to all the drive through customers. I guess we hit a great time at this timmies

The guys served us was very rude. He told me to call him in advance and give him the order if I'm ordering $40 order and shut the window at me. This is an unacceptable attitude. I understand that it can be busy but if you can't handle the pressure then don't work at a fast good service.

A horror show. Maybe only 5 cars ahead of me in the drive through but waited for a medium coffee for 20 mins. At least 3 of those 5 vehicles only received drinks. Clearly the process / staff are ineffective here. If I were the franchise owner I would be embarrassed. It is highly likely I will never order from this location again.
