Enterprise Rent-A-Car

No problem finding the location to drop off our rental from our stay on Prince Edward Island. I'm totally frustrated with the service. We were offered a drop off at the train station, great, right? They dropped us off alright, to a closed building for a 4 hour wait on the train. Seriously? It had to be obvious we didn't know there was nowhere to wait on this chilly, gloomy day! A bit of kindness in offering a ride to a nearby restaurant or shopping center would've been considerate. Not impressed.

Rented from this location a few times prior but this last time I got a car that smelled like cigarettes and had a cracked windshield I was not overly impressed with the car. The staff on the other hand are great they will do their usual speal and try to sell you the insurance but not pushy when you decline it.

Awesome service. Picked me up at work with the rental and drove me to the shop to pick my own vehicle up when it was ready.

We rented a car in Amherst this summer which for 5 days was around $500. I am renting a bigger car for 5 days in Truro for $120 app. What a difference 2 months makes. Same company!

I needed to have work done on my car. The garage made a reservation to have a rental car ready for me at 10:30 am with winter tires. When I went to pick up the rental I mentioned the garage asked for a car with winter tires, she told me she already rented all the vehicles with winter tires that morning. So much for making a reservation, and I can't imagine renting a vehicle in the winter with all season tires. Very disappointed. Reservation number 874M3M as received from the Amherst location. The garage are working very hard to have my car fixed so I can have it back in time for an appointment out of town on Wednesday. Just Received a call from enterprise (after they were notified by the garage) that they have a car with winter tires. Too late as I am off to an appointment and will not have time to pick it up. Not a good experience!

Got a car at the Moncton airport with expired tags, did not want to be pulled over by the police drove to this location (As I live in the area) they fixed me up with a new car. No complaints.

Rented a vehicle through insurance with extremely short notice. Ready to go with a full tank and freshly washed in an hour.

These fellas provided me a rental while my car was being repaired and I couldn't have asked for more professional and quick service. 10/10

We booked an SUV/crew cab truck a week in advance. Got a sedan and a promise that they might have the vehicle we want by the end of the week. Really, guys?
