When we saw all the 5 star reviews we were wondering how this guy had all of them and if it was fake. However, after dealing with Sam - now I understand why! Sam is an honest, fair and upfront guy. Our garage was stuck closed and he came and got it open and diagnosed the problem to let us know the quote before we went ahead with anything. His pricing is fair and he explained things so well! He even gave us some tips on how to care for our garage door. Amazing service and such a pleasure to deal with!Highly recommend him. Don't bother looking for another service - Sam's your guy! We need more guys like him - I wish more services were as pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service — friendly and courteous — arrived within appointment window and even provided a 20 minutes heads-up. Sam is very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to get to the root of the problem. Our garage door was repaired quickly and at a fair price. Gartech is now my go-to garage door installation and service company. Highly recommended.

My garage door was making noise while opening and closing but still functioning okay- didn't bother me much but thought I could get this fixed. Called Sam for an estimate who came promptly the next day and offered to fix this by 550 bucks (then reduced to 500) stating the noise would go down by 60% which sounded great to me and I went ahead. Although he did some servicing work, applied WD40 on the garage door, the noise still continues and feel it's now more than before. Sam said it's coz of the motor. It'd be nice to know this before getting the work started as I'd have got a new motor rather than incurring addional cost of 500 bucks. Not too happy about this.This is for ppl looking at Garage door repair pls be aware of this.I am giving 2 stars for arriving promptly and for the good quality service work but docking points for mis- selling.

I called Sam and to my surprise, he was able to come the same day. He fixed my door in about 30-45 minutes. I thought that I was going to have to replace the garage door opener which would have been much more expensive. He was able to fix the existing opener. Also gave me tips on garage door maintenance. Thank you very much Sam. I will definitely call you if I need any garage services again!!

Sam from Gar-tech was quick to respond to my email, squeezed us in for a non-urgent, but necessary repair within 24 hours of our initial conversation. He showed up on time for the appointment plus provided a phone call 20 minutes prior to arrival. Sam was professional, polite, respectful, knowledgable, detailed and completed the job to our satisfaction. Sam came out to inspect and fix a leveling issue I had with my garage door. Outstanding service, fair price and very professional. Highly recommend him.

Called this morning to inquire about servicing my residential garage door. They were on site within the hour. Sam was super friendly, quickly assessed what needed to be replaced (overhead spring) and replaced it very quickly. Fair pricing, and great service all around. What a GREAT experience! Excellent service!!! One of our two garage door springs snapped. My wife’s car was trapped inside and she needed to be somewhere in a couple of hours. Called and they came within 45 minutes. The service technician immediately got my wife’s car out and two (2) new springs were replaced within 45 minutes. Would definitely use them again. I highly recommend.
