Walmart Supercentre

Used to go to that location, but changed my review because of bad experiences with costumer service. Felt humiliated over the store mistake. You can find anything at wallmart, from food to cleaning supplies to clothing. Everything you need in one place. Big parking lot outside.

Maybe I just expect too much out of customer service because I am a manager myself but once again a local store has failed miserably.Walmart and Superstore are the two main stores that we spend most of our $$$ at. Maybe will be only one of them now. Or drive across the city to the other two Walmarts.Went into Walmart today to get birthday presents for my daughter’s friendWalking by all the clothing there was a huge clearance rack with leggingsMy daughter picked a bunch of colours she liked but when we went to go pay for them one of them did not come in at the right price. We got one for her and one for her sister of every colour that she chose.The front end manager was called up to help us with the price override but instead of even trying to help he just said the price on the sticker is the price you pay and would not even go checkI had to quickly rush back and get one myself to bring up to price checkThen they told me I could get the price on one of them but not both because the sticker was only on one even though they were identicalThey also would not honour the scanners code of conductThey proceeded to void my entire transaction and then tried to charge me for three of the leggings when I only wanted two after 20 minutes I was finally on my way when the original front end manager could’ve just tried to help us himselfJust adding an edit after reading some other reviews I would agree with other unhappy customers that the staff try to make you feel humiliated to give up on what you were asking forKeep you there so that all the other customers can see you upset acting like you are the problem when they should just say sorry and make it right over the couple of dollars

Shelves were messy. Not enough staff around to assist customers

We recently went to Walmart to buy gift cards for our employees for Christmas. We asked the clerk for 35 $250.00 gift cards and we were told that this was not possible. We then asked to speak to the store manager for an reason as to why they would not take our money. He was very short with us and would only say that it was company policy to only sell us a maximum of $1000.00 to any one person.We were upset with the manager's answer to our question. We deserve to know why they would not take our money for the gift cards.We now have decided to no longer shop at Walmart.

While at the self check out today, the store attendant Doreen" decided to call me a thief even though every item was scanned and accounted for! Maybe you need to train your store employees better manners when addressing the people who keep your store running. No store manager was available and duty manager had no time to listen to the complaint."

It's a decent Walmart experience. You might find some Hotwheels with the towels and bedding items; you might find a giant bouncy ball tossed into a pile of lamps on a shelf; you might find a small pack of Brita filters by the cookware and never be able to find its origin, unable to find out how much it costs because you can't find the pricechecking machine anywhere nearby (seriously, where do they hide the things?). For many people, Walmart is like a playground, so you'll have to expect a little disorder here and there. On the bright side, they've got low prices everyday... Well, that's not always the case with the video games; they tend to be in their own little world when it comes to pricing games. Still, it's a good place to shop and I find myself stopping by here every week or two.It was recently renovated, so this Walmart looks new and scary in 2018. The shelves in the aisles are not very tall anymore, so you can just walk in and pretty much see all the people everywhere in the store. It makes it easier to see where each department is (shelves no longer block your view). It makes things pretty awkward, though, since you might look up and have your eyes meet the person in the next aisle (or even the aisle 40 feet away).

cashier in the self-checkout didn't even bother helping. I got an item that doesn't have a UPC when I was scanning I asked this cashier if he could call someone in the toy department coz all I need is just a UPC and we could just type the UPC code, but he just said I cant do that

Purchased a cooked chicken to have for a quick supper yesterday. Ended up sick with a bad stomach ache, puking etc. Chicken was pretty dry while also tasting almost uncooked. Also haven't been able to sleep a wink because of it and now have to miss work because of it.

I would not go back to this Walmart even if there was a zombie apocalypse and they were giving away treadmills. On my last visit a staff person accused me of theft as I picked up a food item and moved it to my cart. They had a licorice display inside of a self serve til area. His verbal accusation was grounds for a lawsuit but I moved on and foolishly spent my money there anyway. 'No customer service' has been their standard for years now. We went in one time and asked a floor clerk to help us buy a big ticket item. I asked if he would get us a flat bed cart and he said Yes, then he walked away and said out loud that he was going 'on lunch'. Just like that kid, I won't be seen again. Amazon for the win.

It's more than disgusting! I have been waiting for my online order to be brought to this location around one month without any progress. I received a strange phone call at 6.30 am from some robot saying that Amazon representative..." bla-bla-bla and a woman telling "Hello
