Had an awesome experience. My parents bought 2 tx1's and ended up with live tv and cancelled there cogeco. Had a few hiccups software wise with the products but Dave was there to help to get us in and out quickly. We even had to bring the boxes multiple times and I had to troubleshoot myself but ended up being a problem with my router. Now everything is up and running and my parents couldn't be happier.

Great service from Cornwall Media Services. I have been there numerous times, and the service has always been great. They have fixed two Android boxes for my boss that were purchased from someone else. They also took a look at a phone of mine that I had purchased, and were able to diagnose what was wrong with it. The service that was giving to me today was EXCEPTIONAL !!! The store was packed of people today and Jason took the time to explain how the android box worked and answered all my questions. The owner is great to get information and knowledge from about the products he sells. I've only had my box since last week and haven't run into any issues yet the boxes are great and easy to use, prices including discounts are very reasonable love the place willing to go back there anytime.

Customer service is terrific. I have never had a problem dealing with these guys. Always friendly and informative. Ive had a couple problems with my Android box and they were able to resolve the problem right away at my convenience.

T'is been an experience, that's for sure. The people behind CMS (Namely Jason) have been an incredible help for moving to Cornwall. They have a very professional attitude, can be extremely helpful, and even gave me change for the bus one day.In regards to the speeds, you're never /really/ going to hit what you buy (and if you do its uncommon). However, I've definitely noticed a vast improvement with CMS speeds compared to my old ISP.As with all the praise, obviously comes a bit of criticism. The installation wait time (13 days) was rather long and unfortunate. I've also been playing phone tag with them about my bill since the beginning of the month.All in all, I would recommend CMS to anyone whom finds themselves needing internet. Especially if good, non-phone waiting communication is your idea of good support. They have a direct number and very reasonable hours!
