Great service (both delivery and idea), great prices, easy and happy to deal with

We rented a storage container from Adams Mo Box for a few months while we were having renovations done. The cost was reasonable and the container was clean. Delivering the container to us mean dealing with protected trees, overhead wires, a restricted view from the driveway, and many cars speeding around a curve in the road. Both pick up and delivery went smoothly. Everyone I talked to in the office was friendly and helpful. Couldn't have gone better!

Was given a quote for a storage box to be dropped to my house and picked up for storage a week later, today the day before the container is to arrive I get a call from mobox to confirm our arrangements. Once the Manager/Owner realized his employee had made a mistake and his customer service skills kicked into high gear and rather then honoring his quote he offered to adjust my quote to ad an additional $1250 for delivery/pick up of the container, and was insistent, he would have it no other way. So I politely told him no thank you and how I felt the shame of the dollar clearly rules his drive.

When nobody else could get into our yard to place a box, these guys came in and saved the day. I couldn't be happier with the performance of their workers, and they even did it all on short notice.

So impressed with MOBOX and the staff. All responses and delivery times were quick and thoughtful. They worked with us and even when I messed up info ,they were quick to sort it out with me. Highly recommend them!!!

I rented a Mobox and was totally impressed by the Adams operators from Royal Oak depot that dropped it off (James) and picked it up (Brian). They both took exceptional care for the tricky placement and removal - hydro lines, trees and a busy street. Thanks guys for the great job.

Ok I'm updating: a bit of a headache to work with, but getting a bit better. Office staff has seemed a bit disorganized and contradictory. They significantly increased my quote after my moving box had been delivered and was already half full. They changed my pickup and delivery dates and times repeatedly without informing me, which negatively impacted my friends and family members' schedules, as I had multiple people helping me pack, unload and clean the place I have been moving out of.One staff member would would say one thing, then another would change the plan, not inform me, and then when I called to check, say that what their colleague had promised was impossible. I had at least 5 different staff members talk to me and they did not keep adequate notes on my file so I had to re-explain my move over and over again. My second storage box wasn't delivered on the agreed day for it to be packed when my friends were available. As I am recovering from a broken collarbone, missing their time of availability was devastating!I will say that both of the truck drivers/delivery guys were lovely: prompt, careful and very competent. They patiently worked with me and all my neighbours to figure out a safe place to put the box as the power lines in front on my parking spot turned out to be too low to admit the crane.I was left with an expensive mess to deal with- only 2/3rds of my stuff have been moved and now I have to decide what the heck to do with the rest. Give away my one remaining piece of my grandma's precious furniture? Or beg a friend to loan me their truck and try to find a different storage place now that it is right at the end of the month and no storage places are available?! Update: my storage box has been delivered a day late but better late than never! So I can now get on finishing my move, although I'm a bit worried about what it will end up costing in total.Thank you Adams Mobox for making my move happen, however it has been a bit stressful and expensive.
