Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service. Very friendly, and a nice car to drive.

I’ve rented from enterprise many times. This location is very difficult to deal with as their staff come from other towns to cover. Well their hours say one thing, but in reality it’s completely hit and miss as to when someone will be there. This is a satellite office and is staffed like it. The one star is because of the difficulty in the operating hours. Their cars have always been good and I’ve never had trouble at other true enterprise branches. My repair work had to get postponed because of enterprise. Very frustrating and inconvenient

My experience with Enterprise has been very frustrating. The staff seems friendly and willing to help but either they do not know or they lie knowingly. When I tried to call to speak about the issue the person I spoke to could not help and assured me they would have someone who could speak to the issue call me back. Camrose Enterprise did not call me back. Very disappointed in the service locally and the company.

In the middle of winter they rent out vehicles with no block heaters so the truck won't start, they refuse to work with you any way possible when you're out of town, then don't get what the big deal is when you need to return it but can't because it's too cold for the vehicle to start. WHY would you rent a vehicle in Alberta without a block heater? SMH.

Sam is a extremely rude employee that was more interested in rushing through anything than actually stopping and listening to me. I arrived for a rental at about 930 am and she proceeded to tell me to call my insurance company for an authorization which i did. She said she never received it and told me to come back at 1230 and she should have it by then. Ok fine. Came back at 1230 and they were closed. Waited and she pulled up and asked what i was doing there. She proceeded to talk down to me and tell me that she told me to be there at 130 pm. Anyways had to go through the authorization thing again because according to her she never got it even though i had a confirmation number from the insurance company that it was received. She completely ignored me and proceeded to go wash vehicles as they were short staffed. In her words she told me didn't you hear her this morning

Not open the hours posted, very difficult to contact anyone there. My insurance company called a week ahead of time yet when I showed up to pick up there were no vehicles available. I then booked two days later then because I was going to be 30mins late about a time I was not told about they had to push my reservation. I am loosing numerous days work and wages due to the poor customer service that they provide. I high recommend finding another rental service if possible.

I recently rented a car through enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired. When I picked up the rental the employee came outside with me to do the pre-inspection of the car. He didn't do a thorough job at all with left me feeling uneasy. I pointed out a chip in the windshield that he didn't mark down because I didn't want to get blamed for it. His checklist" was on an iPad and I was just asked to sign at the bottom but couldn't really see much of whatever document I was signing.Shortly after I returned the car I was contacted and notified that there was a cracked fog light. And that I was responsible to pay for the damages. I have to say... With how quickly and nonchalantly the employee went over the car when I picked it up I cant confirm that it was or was not cracked before I picked it up. I'm disappointed that they didn't do a better job of the initial walk around with me because I don't think this damaged happened while I had the vehicle.Secondly

They were absolutely amazing while my vehicle was getting repaired. If anyone needed a car rental they would be the place to go. Very understanding and explains everything if you are not sure.He even came in after hours so I could have a vehicle on the weekend.Amazing service and much appreciated.

I had a reservation set up by AMA. When I got there at 3:15 the business was closed. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got an answer, the owner said the Cleaner was coming at 4 and would take care of me. I waited until 4:10 and no one came. This business is very poorly run and Customer Service is non existent. Don’t waste your time like I did. They don’t even deserve one star.
