Shaun and his assistant came by yesterday and did professional fine work for solving the drain line problem. We were very happy with their work and would not worry about the blockage any more. The cost was above our expectations though. Would never expect that issue get you especially after you purchase a house. Would suggest to get a plumber to check into the drain pipes which one you would be interested to buy. Very appreciated their service and very lucky to have them doing the work for us. They skills can be trusted.

Shaun and Kristian were both professional and helpful for our most recent visit, and Ron (who has been to the house twice) is always helpful as well. Their personal service is fantastic, but as a sales person myself I’m always sceptical of what’s being offered to me because I know a salesman when I see one. All in all, what we ask for always gets done and is always fully explained from start to finish, so there aren’t any surprises. However, he Mr Rooter sales model is a little more transparent than the company may think it is, and before spending over $17000 re-lining our pipes for a more long term fix, we will definitely get a second opinion.

Called on Sunday of long weekend Shaun Cunningham came over in about half hour of the call very professional looked diagnosed the problem leaking at the shut off valve tightened it and gave recommendations very pleasant and professional highly recommend

I highly recommend Mr Rooter (plumber Isaac)!! He came out, assessed the problem and had to return same day to fix the issue after we had to get a pump truck. Even so he was stuck in a snow storm on the highway for 3 hours, he still came back to us and resolved our issue. He was extremely courteous, professional and dedicated! Thank you Mr Rooter for your service!

Ron and Kyle were amazing. So respectful of us and our home. We had small sewage backup for which a different plumber charged $300 to say it was a “random event”. Then it happened again 3 weeks later. Called Mr. Rooter Barrie who came out immediately. Toilet flange completely broken and sewer pipes filled with debris. Both from previous owners dumping non-human waste materials down drain and shoddy workmanship on setting the toilet. We got the hydroscrub...worth every penny! Camera showed the pipes 99% cleared after Ron and Kyle worked tirelessly for hours. Toilet is seated properly and everything working great. They cleaned everything spotless. Ron then walked us through whole property locating all pipes and explaining the full plumbing system. Honestly never seen a service guy who cares so much for his work! Highly recommended.

If I could rate 6 stars I would! Extremely professional and courteous, got the job done efficiently as well. Being new to Barrie we didn't know who we could call and I am so glad we went with Roto Rooter. Very satisfied with the work of Matt, he is an absolute asset and not only fixed our issue but educated us along the way. Very happy customer, will recommend to my family and friends.

Called for emergency service and had Shaun come a few hours later. Shaun was fantastic, so professional and kind. Explained everything happening in a way that was not confusing and very easy to follow for someone who has no plumbing experience. Solved our problem within a few hours and we were very happy with him!

I needed to get a flooded toilet figured out, and also a clog in the drain. Shaun was very nice, very enthusiastic, and made us aware of everything that he was doing it as he was doing it so that we understood everything.
