This company is the living example of why monopolies are so bad for the consumer.When they randomly decide they won't show up for collection day, which happens at least once a month, they won't let you know about it beforehand. You'll find out when you drive home from work and find the loads of heavy waste you woke up extra early to haul down your driveway before 8am as per their own demand.For the third month in a row the recyclables have not been collected at my address.Don't worry trying to call them to ask about absolutely anything, they will just collect your name and phone number and promise to call you back with an explanation, but they won't. They never do.Three times I've called them to ask why my garbage and / or recyclables haven't been collected and their MO is always the same.The bills are timely but the service is unreliable, completely unprofessional, and ostracizing to their customers. The monthly fee is fixed and the garbage is additional to that.Do yourself a favor and save your money, drive your own waste to your nearest dump if you have the option.
