I’ve previously had some bad experiences at this location; service, not enough cheese, toppings, etc. But today, Adam who worked in the front was great and super nice. And our pizza was amazing. Going to make sure he’s working there for my next order.

I called rossland location to find out toppings used for veggie pizza and the gentleman who picked up my phone asked me to order online and he will ensure he will change the options. I am allegic to mushroom and so stayed hungry. I tried to call to complain on the phone but my phone was declined. No big deal but just wanted to convey the message to complain that promise was not kept

The guy at the front who toke my order very unprofessional. Showing too much attitude, my friend if you can’t work, don’t work straight up. Fix your problems whatever issue you have in life leave at home then come to work.I really like pizza hut but this guy made me hate Pizza Hut. I hope Pizza Hut understands me, hire someone professional and who knows how to speak to the customer.

I will start by stating that Pizza Hut used to be my absolute favourite pizza. So much so that I saved it in my phone as Fave Pizza" but I do not think I will be ordering from any location as the quality has continued to decline over the years. Pizza Hut is unique because of the way their pizzas are prepared. Unfortunately the toppings mainly the cheese are very scanty and I love my cheese. Sure some might think why not pay for extra cheese but the point is a regular amount of cheese should be sufficient and it is not. The taste is also slighty different. Nonetheless

It is a store front only. There is no dining room. Just,à pick up counter and an oven.And a great guy named Adam. Great customer service!!!The food was amazing. I ordered it for an office celebration. It was great. It was on time. It was close. The value for the boxes is outstanding.No delivery until after 4 pm. Enjoy

We ordered medium veggie pizza and that cost us $24! A bit outrageous for a medium pizza. The lady cashier was also short.

I didn’t receive any pizza. The driver called from his cell phone and told me that my pizza is at the doorstep. However, after I checked my doorstep there wasn’t any pizza and since there was a heavy snowstorm we couldn’t see any footsteps or shoe marks at my doorstep. I called the driver, and he said he left it in front of my door and he seemingly accused me of taking the pizza and denying it. I called the store manager and he said he will make another pizza and send it with a different driver. I don’t like these type of behaviour and attitude and the driver never delivered my pizza and due to this bad experience with Pizza Hut, I called the manager and cancelled my entire order.

worst pizza hut I ever see every day new employees. took 1 hours to make this and pack it. finally put everything in garage! pay about $20 please do not choose this location even you don't have choice.
