If it is in my hand I will give zero star to this clinic and staff, waiting for an hour the staff told me if you want then you can go to see other doctor.Very poor customer service, never recommend to anyone.

Dr. Sumeet Mohan is very kind & and active listener, exceptional service by the team. My entire family owe him a saluteReceptionists are active and very accommodative.Thanks to the team.Keep it up

When I gave my health card ,they said that the waiting time will be 30 to 40 minutes .Finally I was waiting there more than 2 hours.Because they didn’t follow the order.This is a nasty attitude . Has to fix thisBut The Doctor Mr Sran is amazing doctorThats the only reason i gave 3 star

Today ,I have a worst experience at said clinic .I reached there at 9.45 in the morning as a walk in patient to refill my existing medication and Dr called me at around 12.45 noon. Sorry to write ,they just informed me that no record of my previous medication witth them.

Brown girl with glasses and purple scrubs at reception has a bad attitude. Girl with headgear is very nice compare to other one. Dr. Mohan is amazing, Very nice to us. But getting to check up room is a hassle. I request management to train her better.

Doctors here and the service has been great. The staff is quite understanding and assists with your queries.A request:- There’s no one to answer the phone call and one can’t book an appointment. This issue has been since September 2022. If you can hire an operator, that would surely lead to a 5 star rating .

I wish Google has a lower rating than 1 star I'll give this place in negative. Just the name of this place is only urgent care but they seem very unprofessional in their field. They never answer the call when you are calling them. Not everyone can visit the place to make an appointment. My son is 1.5 years old and has a fever. I called them more than 10 times starting from 10 AM but they haven't answered my call a single time. I think they need to change their front desk staff. They are not that much busy that they can't answer phone calls. At other locations, the front desk is very responsible. The front desk staff at this location is very irresponsible and unprofessional. The owner of this location has to do something regarding this matter seriously.

Very poor reception service. Indian girls don't even know how to treat clients and giving excuses to see the doctor. It's really very bad service and they need to change their receptionist. She didn't even listen what person want to say.The staff is so unprofessional.

Zero stars if I can give that! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Took time off from work today to see the doctor. I called yesterday to make an appointment and the receptionist said it’s only walk ins and come in before 2pm. Got here at 1:15 and they said no more patients. Told them i called to make an appt yesterday and i was told to just walk in before 2pm. What is the point in telling patients that???? Especially people who work with a schedule!!!!! She said appointments are only for family patients so I told her I am a family patient here. She was unbothered and basically ignored me after saying they are not seeing any more patients. Take your health concerns somewhere else!!!!!!
