I have been doing business with 1HrSigns for 4 years and have been truly disappointed with both the end product and the customer service in the past 6 months. Not sure if they are going through some personal issues, but clearly management needs to refocus its efforts on the consumer experience.In particular, we ordered a single copy of an item which they confirmed by email. Then sent over a proof where they had snuck in 2 copies of the sign and stuck us with the bill (Sep 2016). Today, I tried to order the same copy of a metallic sign I ordered in July and was told that the price had increased 30%. When I asked for justification for the increase, I was met with an indignant response to put up with it, or find somewhere else to get the sign.Clearly, the business owner no longer cares" about the customer experience. I would recommend ordering elsewhere."
