This is a cosmetic med “spa” and there is no dermatologist here. (I was wrong & I thought there would be one)For the price they are asking I would expect a much better service & standards. If you want some Botox I’m sure this is within their reach. Anything more I would stay away. And my opinion is to go somewhere else with who you can trust & not trying to mislead the customer.I wouldn’t waste my money here just go straight to your dermatologist if you don’t have one find one instead of wasting time with this place.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. First, the people working are very rude and unprofessional. I work close by so I thought I would try the products before anything. They had zero interest in helping me and treated me like I was stealing. The before and after photos that they post online are all fake. If you would like to see a difference in any treatment, I would not recommend this place. The people working here have no knowledge in any of their services, all they want is to take your money. Another big issue is that the place is filthy, if you look on the corners of the rooms, I saw spider webs. The pictures don’t look like the actual location as it is never cleaned. Dirty counters and beds not sanitized before new clients come in. I will never come here again not only because of my health but also rude staff. Horrible experience, I won’t be returning.

One of the best clinics I've ever been to. The staff is very nice and friendly from the front desk to the laser technicians. I'm very pleased with my laser hair removal results and it's the best decision I've ever made. I'm planning to go back to another treatment soon. I can't recommend this clinic enough!

I have been to Newdermamed since I moved to Toronto 2 years ago from Bali. My face was having problems when I moved here and when I consulted they suggested me chemical peeling and acne laser treatment. Since I did the treatment and tried their products, my face has gotten much better. Also, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, really showing their concern for my concerns.

Don't waste your money!The staff is very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I felt very rushed during my procedure. I understand that I have a lot of questions but this is my first time here, and it's my face! I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm a bother. I will not be back!

I visited the clinic for a laser treatment and am very happy with the results. Nadia is super informative, friendly, patient and truly takes the time to answer questions in depth. Loved my experience!

I've already had the Botox jaw treatment with Catherine twice, and I must say she was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she incredibly nice, but she also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. I had specific expectations for my jawline, wanting it to have a more defined V-shape, and Catherine delivered exactly that. I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and without a doubt, I'll be returning to her for future treatments.

I received my undereye filler from Dr. Negin Mastouri and it was the best decision I have made! I had undereye depressions that have bothered me my whole life. Dr. Mastouri was amazing. She was kind, listened to me, talked me through the procedure, and ensured my nerves were calmed. While an intimate procedure that can be a bit scary (needles near your eye area), Dr. Mastouri made it a pleasant, painless experience. I will be going to Dr. Mastouri ONLY in the future! She is amazing!

Don't trust the 5-star reviews, they offer discount cards to people who give nice reviews. The place is shady and is focused on upselling customers treatments they don't need just so they can hit their sales quotas and an employee admitted that they are pushed to sell more services to customers regardless of if they need it or not. If they push you towards a service that should not have been prescribed in the first place, they won't refund you either so keep that in mind before purchasing anythingThe employees here are nice and service can be good. However, there's pushy sales pressure where they push you to purchase treatments that aren't necessarily right for you. Check with your dermatologist before agreeing to undergo anything with them. They recommended laser treatments to someone who had active acne which ultimately worsened it and a dermatologist said that they were negligent in prescribing that treatmentI spoke with an employee and she said that there is sales pressure put on the employees which pressures them to push services that aren't right for customersI'm working with a lawyer so please reach out if you are a customer or current/former employee who has had a negative experience with NewDermaMed and would like to talk (anonymously)
