Absolutely terrible place, the guy working at the till shorted me $5 in change and then said he gave me it and argued and yelled.....continually accused me of lying when I clearly only had the change I did from the $50 bill I broke. Rude, unprofessional and legitimately theft from the customer. What a joke this place is.

Worst stn ever. Dirty, minimal cust service. Washrooms bad, broken fuel pumps broken def pumps without cones or anything out to say they dont work.Do yourself a favor card lock ppl go across the street at the corner by B.A. to cool creek cardlock no store or washrooms but it is better to spend it where the lots maintained at least.

Went in to use their showers, attempted to pay with points. They said my husky rewards card wouldn’t work. The app showed I had more than enough points and my points have been adding on fine every time I get gas. The rewards line is closed on the weekend so I couldn’t call for help with whatever the issue with my rewards is. The female Cashier and male Manager were unhelpful and rude. To top it off, there are 2 cash tills and with a line up of 5 people the manager thought refilling the fridge was more important. I can understand the females poor attitude given her name tag said in training and her manager left her with a long lineup all alone.

Really clean washrooms. Lots of staff. The sandwiches are fresh. Great place to stop or sleep as a trucker.

All but one time my stops at esso were good. They thought I was loitering and threatened to call the police one me! I bought a coffee then went put to my car then used the bathroom and that's when the one guy said if you don't leave we are calling the police (I think k he said cops) but anyway the rest of the times were good ones"

Printer at the pumps never work, coffee maker doesn’t work. Go somewhere else.

Filled up gas here on a road trip, nothing special to report really, just got the gas and got in and out easy, it was located at a good spot near the highway which helped me from making a detour

Good truck stop right off highway 5 for your fuel needs . DEF at the pumps . Nice little convenience store for your last minute needs before you head north.
