We had our daughters 6th birthday party here at the end of April. There were a couple issues we had with this venue. The first being, we booked a waffle breakfast party, and there were no options to add on a baked good tray or something like that for the adults. When I asked if we could bring one in I was told we couldn’t and we could purchase cotton candy or pretzels from the food counter.. I don’t understand why we couldn’t bring something in if it’s not offered on their menu. Secondly, I paid to have 9 kids attend this party, and the room was only set up for 8. We received only enough food/drinks for 8 children, leaving 1 without. We had to set up the 9th chair and table setting. Due to the time limit in the room, we felt crunched for time and we’re not able to seek out a party “host”. This being my third issue, the time limit. We were limited to 1 hour in the party room, which was very tough with smaller kids.. It was hard to have everyone sit down to eat and clean up in that time. The party “hosts” also stand outside the room with a cart for the next party watching you clean up 20 minutes prior to the party ending. I felt as though they were booking back to back parties to increase revenue, which I understand they are a business, but it takes away from the fun of a birthday party. We did Funvilla last year and from now on will be doing that!

Over priced. Elevator is a joke especially if you have a stroller. No outside food and drinks ... you pay 100$ to go in from 4 to 7 laughable. Line took 30 min to get in even though we paid online so we got in at 430 and still paid 100$

Came here for the annual Oktoberfest Bavarian Feast. The buffet had a wide selection for cad 45/person. The drinks were separate at cad 8 per glass/shot/can of wine/liquor/beer. There was a live performance of German folk songs. The ticket also included free admission to the Koolhaus which is a more public and outdoor version.

We really enjoy going to bingemans as a family , however I really wish they would provide a ramp for accessibility , my daughter has cerebral palsy so carrying her stroller up and down the stairs with her in it ( very very small elevator that does not function without a staff member) makes this extremely difficult and nearly impossible. I see other family’s with small children and buggy’s have the same issues. Furthermore when purchasing our big splash seasons pass when did they remove the play structure inclusion from this pass?

Tonight was my first patio of the year celebrating Father’s Day with friends and my brother , Stefan was honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had.He was polite , on point and just an absolute joy.He recommended all of us to leave a review as we left to raise the railing of this establishment. And honestly I made a new google account just for this, loved the atmosphere, and the service .I’m not one to rate or write reviews but after tonight I have found my patio of the season thanks to Stefan . I cannot wait to come back next weekend !!!

First off my kids enjoyed their time and overall it was a good trip. We camped for three nights. However, the facilities (bathrooms, splash park bathrooms, campsite, indoor playground, Boston pizza bowling) are neglected and dirty. The staff is less than attentive and many look miserable. I was told one thing by a staff member and then something different from someone else. And lining up for anything takes extremely long… is it the staff or the computer systems???The phones often go unanswered when you’re trying to contact someone. There should be two lifeguards at all times in the splash pad as there were TONS of camp kids (we left many times because there were just too many kids at once, it was almost dangerous. My toddler was injured on one of the slides as they’re not monitored by anyone and kids were rough housing on the structure/slides). I had to talk to a lifeguard every day to pay more attention to the kids being TOO rambunctious and also asking teenagers to leave. I would have expected a bigger discount or complimentary splash park passes being campers as this all adds up $$$. I will probably not return (I didn’t find the 2 hour drive to be worth it), but it is an easy weekend trip out if you live local.

Love this place. Our yearly trip to the lights was fantastic as always. But the Boston Pizza left a bit to be desired. Usually this place is spot on with service and food but this time was the first time we weren't 100% happy. It started with our assigned lane still having folks sitting eating at it. No problem, they moved right away and were very nice. They left all their dishes and we had to ask to have it cleaned up. We helped and no problem it was done. But then the staff disappeared and we had to go ask if we ordered from the bar, or if they were coming over. They came over and took our order. In no time they were back with our drinks. Great. We started bowling and the food took a while to come. We had ordered the cactus cut fries and the banderas bread to start knowing it was busy and we would likely be waiting a while. Whether the order was put in incorrectly or they were too busy, the apps showed up with our meal. The bread was great but the fries were a bit crispy/burnt and we didn't eat about half of them. Picture included. Also the mains came and we had ordered spaghetti and meatballs and spaghetti with a meat sauce. They sent fettuccine noodles. This was not a problem with the spaghetti and meatball eater but the other one is a kid, very fussy about noodles and was very unhappy. We asked the server and he checked with the kitchen and they subbed them out as they were out of spaghetti noodles. He was very apologetic as this was not his mistake. We wished they had told him to ask us, as our kiddo might have wanted a different noodle or a different meal at that point. But we didn't get the option. So she ate what she could with a scowl on her face, lol.Overall, the service was slower and we waited a while for him to come over to get drink refills. He was standing at the bar, tapping on the slushy machine. We were going to go over to get our refills and saw he was not busy but we did not go over as our food was on the table and we were eating and bowling. He did come over eventually and that's when we discussed the food errors. He was very nice and after that did a good job taking care of us, getting us to go boxes etc.. He was very nice, and accommodated us in everything we asked for. We did not send the food back or get a new order of fries as we were already done at that point. He did offer but we said no its OK. We paid our full bill and left. Sadly this is the first time we have not been happy here and overall, this place is awesome. Great lights, great new outdoor area with more lights was very cool, bowling is always fun, arcade is great and the food is usually wonderful. So chalk it up to an off night. We will be back. It's a great place for family fun and I would reccomend it to anyone. Cheers!

My daughter loves the indoor play area but it's extremely dirty inside. I had dust, candy, old tissues stuck to me as I went through with her. They definitely don't ever clean the structure. We were the first ones in so no excuse for the mess.
