Meadow Creek Montessori West

Our daughters attended Meadow Creek Montessori West (Ferndale location) from Sept. 2017 to June 2022. We are beyond grateful for the care of Ms. Lisa, Ms. Kristine, and Ms. Heidi for our girls! From day one of meeting Ms. Lisa, we felt her warmth and genuine desire to offer an authentic Montessori environment. My girls both thrived at this school despite interruptions from the past few years of COVID closures. At pick-up, I would be greeted with, “Ms. Kristine gave me a new lesson today!” or the excitement of a new lesson the next day. These wonderful teachers nurtured a love of learning in my girls that will go deep into their soul.As parents, we appreciated Ms. Lisa’s open door policy and consistent communication. Not only did she send regular emails of school happenings, but she helped families steady the unknowns during COVID lockdowns with updates and encouragements. Ms. Lisa was always available with a gentle heart, warm smile, and listening ears. It has been an exceptional experience for our whole family.Unfortunately Ms. Lisa (previous co-owner managing the West location) and Ms. Kristine is no longer with Meadow Creek Montessori West. They will be deeply missed!!

Meadow Creek Montessori West had truly been the most wonderful second home for our son. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the constant love, support, and encouragement that Mrs. Lisa and the teachers (Mrs. Kristine and Mrs. Heidi) pour into each of the kids there. Our son adored his school and teachers (especially Mrs. Kristine) and has thrived under their care. We felt an unparalleled level of trust and comfort in leaving our son in their care. The teachers were all excellent and put thought and preparation into designing quality educational opportunities that promote student development - social, emotional, physical, and intellectual - in a joyful, supportive, loving, and safe environment.It is sad that Mrs. Kristine and Mrs Lisa are no longer part of this school.

I have had both my children attending this school through the entire program. My eldest will be attending grade 1 in regular public school this coming fall and my youngest has one year to go. I cannot explain enough how good these teachers and people are. They are patient, supportive, have gone above and beyond their duties to help and care for my kids. My kids are doing advanced math, including long division, multiplication, reading, writing and well above what the basic requirements of even what grade 2 curriculum sets out.This team of really great people are the real deal. You won't be disappointed in your decision to send your kids here. It'll give them a springboard to life.Highly recommended!
