Best canada post location I've been to. Want to give a huge shout-out to Kyler who is the most helpful canada post employee I've ever encountered in my life. If one of my packages that I mail looks like it may open during transport, he tells me don't worry about it and he will take care of it.Thanks for the great service.

This is an overdue review for the phenomenal service of this Canada Post location inside the Panatella Rexall specifically for the Canada Post representative, Paul.Every encounter with Paul, whether for package pick-up, for mail out service, or to purchase Canada Post merchandise/ products, Paul provides friendly, prompt, thorough, and professional service. He goes above and beyond to ensure questions and requests are addressed plus takes the time to further educate you on products and services. He provides soundly advice which is so helpful to ensure the right methods of delivery are selected based on your needs.Paul's leadership, positivity and kindness is so outstanding he also helped make my little nephew's first visit to a post office to buy stamps for mailing of a letter to a pen pal very pleasant and educational.Kudos and thank you, Canada Post, Rexall, and Paul!

The only reason this place deserves 5 stars is cause of Paul! he's super sweet, friendly, and extremely helpful!! He always makes my day when I visit. Thank you Paul!!

A great location and never have to wait long. Remember the postal outlet employees are employees of the store, NOT Canada Post. Being somewhat out of the way" to get to helps keep the traffic down at this outlet I have found."

This is inside Rexall store. Not too crowded and usually pretty quick. Do not forgot to take print out for any returns as they do not print any for you but just scan the return mail you got via email from Amazon etc. Good thing is their hours are flexible and late until 9pm which worked for me.

Worst Postal Service on the PlanetThey get 1 star because you can’t give them a 0They didn’t deliver my package and sent it back to the UK they also don’t forward packages even if you pay for mail forwarding for 6 months! They can’t give you any information and they lost two of my packages! They are disorganized and have no customer service what so ever!

Wed. April 05,7:50pm at this store, the young lady refused to tape a label on the box for me by saying that they don't do it anymore, very weird service.

Tateeana was so kind and thorough helping me find my package and she did! The staff is usually very cool and pleasant.

2022.8.31 7:00 PMThe service experience was very poor, no one was at work, there was a service ling next to me, I rang the bell about 2--3 minutes, a total of four times before someone appeared. That's not THE POINT. The point IS THAT THE PERSON who showed up GRABBED the BILL FROM my HAND, slapped the RECEIPT ON THE STAGE, AND THEN PLOWED MY MAIL DOWN ON THE STAGE. Finally, I said thanks and left with the mail!

Rating with 5 stars only for Paul. Paul is very efficient and knowledgeable, and he always provides outstanding customer service. Paul is a rare gem in the whole department here.
