I texted Mr. Saied asking him to help fixing my fireplace, from his experience he knew I dont know much about fireplace, he asked me to send a picture and then I called him and guided me step by step how to do it the right way, he could say and charge me whatever he wants but he choose to be honest and straight.. Mr. Saied is a good person first and then he is a good HAVC. He knew everything from one picture. Defently I will call you if I have issues with HAVC in the future.Thank you so much

Spoke with Saied Mamaghani who claims to be represtitive of this company. The guy is rude didn't even make it past the quotation process basically wanted me to do all the assessment take photos and share said it will cost me to get a quotation for the job. Was a very simple job to be honest replace old watet heater with new one same tank same type same size but needed more info somehow and wanted me to do it all for him.Buyers Beware I would not touch these guys with a 10 ft poll they sound lazy and want the customer to do all the work for them they see no investment and quoting jobs. I dont want to deal with any suprises incase they say I didn't provide info on something which inevitably will happen.

Saeed installed my tankless water heater. Very polite, does extremely neat job and very professional in behaviour. Had lot of issues with my water heater at the beginning, he never failed to show up when I called him. The issue was always the water heater and not the installer. The issue is now finally resolved after the manufacture sent a new part. I would highly recommend Green Max Air.
