I had a great experience!!! I’m not much of a car guy so I relied on his expertise. Which was considerable!! His vast knowledge is only surpassed by his high standards of ethics and extremely honest professionalism! He heard a sound in the transmission during one of our test drives (which of course I was clueless) and without hesitation replaced the automatic transmission with a much newer replacement. He told me that he did that just in case it failed on me, he would feel horrible!! Over many years of purchasing vehicles, I have never encountered such an honest person who cares about his customer and developing that relationship!
