I had an amazing experience working with R3. I learned the procedure of doing any task of work safety and on time.

This is the company that has caused multiple sleepless nights, they get their projects approved so they can work through the night by claiming that most of their work takes place inside and then dumping all of their waste outside using heavy machinery. This will go on all night. This lack of foresight shows that the company is ill prepared for unexpected results in their work.

This company has been working in my area for several days now. As such, I have encountered several sleepless night as they choose to work through the night, operating heavy machinery between midnight and 6am with no breaks. Given how disrespectful and inconsiderate they have been to the neighbouring residents, I can't imagine they take much care for the work they do. To give some context, nearly 2000 students living on campus have had to deal with the excessive noises coming from this company's worksite during final exams. It seems they have not even considered the given circumstances and have surrendered any and all courtesy. Unbelievable.

This company actions have successfully caused several sleepless nights during my final exams. Working with loud machinery into the late hours of the night with no consideration for the time of the year. Very inconsiderate of the residents of the campus community.

These guys are awesome! We were doing a full apartment building gut and remodel. They finished the job ahead of schedule and on budget. What more can you ask for? The team seemed to be having fun while they worked which shows strong company culture. Keep it up R3!
