Wow! I cannot thank them enough! Joanne in the office was great at communicating with her crew! Robert and William arrived at the 2 separate locations within an hour of the service call. Both service reps were professional and explained the problems and took care of business! Would highly recommend them!!

My local MA-based septic draining company got bought out by Wind River and our arrangement worked out for a while despite the healthy rate increase. Recently however, in gathering receipts for my taxes, I noticed that I had no receipt acknowledging that the service was paid. I called to request a receipt but could not get through to customer service so left a message. A couple of days later, they called back while I was grocery shopping. I asked for a receipt and the rep was non-committal even after 20 minutes of asking for something that every other contractor provides in a heartbeat. The rep said again and again that he could provide a document indicating the services to be provided. I demanded a receipt and he said he would reach out to the local affiliate to ask that one be provided. The next day, I received an email from a Branch Administrator" with a document that was very much not a receipt. I wrote back and again asked for a receipt. The next day

Everything about our experience was top notch. Fast and easy to book, the lowest price around, and Brandon showed up within two days to pump our (extremely full) septic. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and did a great job answering all of our questions!

Our family recently found ourselves at the mercy of having to rent a porta-potty while our house was being built. We have had it for almost 4 months now and I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the services that we have received. Every week we know that the driver will be there to empty our unit and when he's done we have a fresh unit and restocked with toilet paper. They clean the interior of the out by fully washing the inside of the unit. They are there like clock work.
