Carolina in the St.Thomas Bell store was extremely helpful and patient with me as an older person trying to navigate mobile flip phone technology. She understood my needs and gave clear explanation. She also adjusted my billing and showed me how to access & manage my account on Bell mobility app. Would have been lost without her!
