Great customer service from the front desk receptionist, let me grab salt from the breakfast area at night, breakfast was good, the breads are put into zip lock bags which I found nice to keep em fresh, clean, and soft. They have a coffee machine that let's you choose which beverages you want (espresso, hot chocolate. etc) that's what made the breakfast most worth it, very organized hotel and the housekeepers were respectful.

Lakeview Inns & Suites - Edson Airport West
We were on our way through Edson from Saskatchewan for a family trip, we had a flat tire outside of town at 2am and managed to get one of the last rooms available. Next morning we were informed our tire wouldn't be fixed until 4pm and we had no way around or anywhere to go. The hostess working notified the manager & she allowed my mom, 3 kids & I to stay as long as we needed to (until the tire was done). We appreciate it so much! Thank you again. This will be our go to whenever we're in the area.

My mother and I stayed here when we were evacuated from Edson. Everyone was so helpful and caring. The room was beautiful and they gave us a great price. Made our stay a better experience.

The breakfast and dinner here beats the hell out of the offering at a couple other places I've stayed in town here. Staff has been great consistently front desk and cleaning staff(days and nights)Rooms are clean, linens clean, and the rooms aren't into rhe road so they are decently quite.

We stopped here for 1 night and were super impressed with our whole experience. Natasha on the front desk was amazing. Great soup on arrival and breakfast,too. It was awesome and the price was really good, too. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Stayed for one night after being evacuated due to wildfire. Was like staying with family. Very good staff made us feel at ease during ordeal. Good location, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was provided, and soup for supper was delicious. Would highly recommend.

This place is cozy AF, let me tell you. This review can also work for the Hinton location since it's exactly the same. Halls are lined with historic pictures detailing the birth of the town and its growth which I thinks is just charming and cool. Beds soft. Pillows nice and fluffy. Staff that are just friendly and helpful. They have a killer coffee machine that can whip you up some pretty tasty coffees and mochas ect. A small breakfast is there in the morning and does the job. Only few complaints I have is the rooms were overly dark. I like bright places so maybe that's just me being picky. The showers are designed for those who are 5'5

Had an extremely dirty room. Looked like blood and other substances stained all over the back of the bathroom door, as well as stains all over the bath/shower
