I’ve been going to Sara for years ! I love the atmosphere at Northern Roots, always nicely decorated & clean. I’ve booked with most of the RMT’s here and it’s great every time. Everyone is so friendly and they always accommodate your needs (even squeezing you in last min) ! I’ve been to a few different massage places when Northern Roots is booked up and truly nowhere compares - you won’t find better in the region. Thank you to Sara & Taylor who I book with most for always being great to me!

Northern roots massage is amazing! I suffer from chronic back pain and getting massages helps immensely with pain management. Lisa is a wonderful rmt. She listens to my concerns and always eases my pain. Everyone is friendly and the establishment is very clean. A gem in our little town

Very professional. I was able to book a massage a few days ahead, I'm a last-minute person. They have several massage therapists, you can book online. Their Instagram post lets you know daily if any cancelations so you can jump in!

The second I walked in I felt at home. The atmosphere is fantastic and I love the plant aesthetic.Lisa Durand was my RMT. I walked out feeling AMAZING. I had been stressed lately from starting my own business and asked if she could work on my TMJD. I left feeling so much better. She has taken an additional course in it and she knows what she is doing!! I will definitely be back for more. Thank you Lisa!! I highly recommend!!

The absolute best place to get a massage ! Cassie is professional yet fun and has an insight into your bodies needs. She is professional, timely and welcoming. It is such a welcoming environment. You can just relax with the plants and your massage.

Went in today for my first-ever massage. Carlene helped me understand what may have been causing my neck and shoulder issues and really made a MASSIVE improvement after only an hour with her. I have trouble relaxing at the best of times, and have some crazy knots in my muscles, but I was almost sleeping by the end of it. Great space as well. The office and rooms inside are all nice and clean and bright! Needless to say I’ll be back monthly as this was a really great experience!
