I understand that since COVID appointments may be necessary but as a GUEST to a wedding in the UK in 2024 I want to browse and see what styles and options there are. When calling to enquire what an appointment would look like (as the dress isn't for prom or a wedding dress so I don't need a personalized appointment) I was told to call back when I'm more serious? What does that even mean? How is anyone supposed to support their local stores when that's the response you get.
