We were very pleased with Mark’s work. He renovated our bathroom tub area due to a leak.He did the job well and neatly from the tear down to tiling and finishing. He and his staff were pleasant and courteous. Easy to deal with along the way with extra ideas and questions.

We started with a vision in our heads of what our empty basement could become and we are so happy that we worked with the Chermark Renovations team! From our initial meeting with Mark we felt that he really understood our vision. We appreciated his thoughtful and creative consideration of the physical limitations (duct work, beams etc) and how we could work out a design that would best suit the space. Mark and Trevor just completed a renovation of our family room at the end of November. Their attention to every detail was amazing. From the initial consultation to the final hanging of our pictures they informed and assisted us in every way. We were impressed with the high quality of their work. They not only did a great job they exceeded our expectations. We never could have imagined or envisioned that it would turn out looking so good. But Mark and Trevor knew and told us exactly what our choices were. Drywall and trim work look fantastic. They were very creative in designing an appealing looking and accessible electrical panel cover. Their experience and knowledge of renovations and remodeling were evident. I recently had my bathroom completely redone. It is a relatively small room which was pretty much in its original state since 1955. Mark and Trevor completely tore it down and rebuilt an absolutely beautiful oasis and spa-like bathroom. From the first time Mark Wilson came to my home to give me the quote, which was very reasonable, to the last day of the job, he and Trevor and the rest of the team were very professional and kind at all times. They made me feel very comfortable. Their work was done in a timely fashion with complete respect for my concerns and needs. It was an absolute pleasure and joy going through this project with Mark and Trevor. I had complete trust and faith in the work they did. Mark & his team (Garry & Brooke) turned the 1960's decor of our bathroom (house built in 1948) into the jewel of our house. All work was done on time with attention to detail. We had Mark, Trevor and crew in our home completely re doing our kitchen, our bathroom, a new staircase and new floors. We learned quickly that Mark, Trevor and their crew would make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We had Mark remodel two of our bathrooms. From the demolition to the rebuild the work was done efficiently and with great care. Mark has an eye for detail and puts that into the finished product. We are more than happy with the new bathrooms that I am sure we will enjoy for years to come. We hired Chermark Renovations to remove a wall that also included a part of a masonry fireplace between our kitchen and living room and install a peninsula in its place.Mark and his crew are pros. They completed the task with as little disruption to us as possible. They did it on time and on budget and they were not satisfied with the work until we were satisfied with the work.We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them for any construction and finishing requirements.
