The most friendly and helpful pest guys around!! I was fortunate enough to deal with Danny, and I could not have asked for a more caring and helpful individual! He went above and beyond what I could have ever asked for and if I ever need help again I would definitely ask for him! Nobody likes to have a pest problem, it can be scary and overwhelming! With the help of Danny I was put at ease and learned a tun of info in the process! Good luck!

Horrible customer service... They were contacted over a month ago about a bed bug infestation and it's been almost 7 weeks and they still haven't even given a time or date of when they would come fix it.

We had a wasp problem--the nest was just outside our kitchen window.When they came, they sprayed their insect foam at our OPEN window, some of which went inside our house. Both my wife and I were home at the time and we didn't know it was happening. Obviously, as we don't want poison to be sprayed into our home, we would have appreciated a knock on the door so we could close the window first! When I called, I spoke to 2 people about this, neither of whom apologized for the negligence. Somebody there even told me that whatever chemical they used to kill a nest of wasps was perfectly safe to spray inside the house! I discourage others from using this company's services.

Useless treatments. 3 months and problems have gotten worse!

Watch out for this services do not pay cash. Use visa so you have documentation. If there trucks don't have mobile visa card machine on board and they request cash don't pay. It's a scam, Braemar pest control will wait two years later requesting payment again and threaten to put you in a collection agency. Buyer beware

Momma Racoon and 3 babies got into my 1 story kitchen attic. 1 Rep from NS and 1 from NB arrived. They got the 2 or 3 day old babies but Mom hid and they told me she left. After about 6 hours she was still there and started to rip the place apart and I called them again and then opened up a place for her to go and she finally left (so did I!). I took the babies to the NS DNR and they put them down as Hope For Wildlife refused to take them. End result, I signed up for the removal and a 1 year contract where they would come 4 times in that year and come when/if I called. The guy from NB was the one to come and to the service and all he did was complain about the New Guy from NS. They broke the drywall in my ceiling and said nothing.. the NB guy used foul language and said nasty things about his co-worker and he never, ever came back. 3 months later I was coming home and the NB Rent To Kill guy drove past my house and I stopped him and asked him if he went into the house...He said no and drove away and never came back. (I have cameras everywhere) I will never recommend these people. I got rid of the racoon and they got $1000.00. I had forgotten about this NEGATIVE experience until Rent To Kill called to renew the yearly contract. If you double it, you are more than welcome to come visit and see the mess that was made but these people.

No issues , showed up on time , did what they promised to do and did follow up .No complaints and using them again this year

Called these guys at 9 am. called again at 11:30 am. Called back at 12:05. Never called me once and the poorest customer service ever. Stay away
