Really good food.New location .Very good staff they cater to personalized my order when changes .very busy at lunch time so be patient there is a line .They do take cash debit and credit for payment.They also have a softdrink fountain now for those who likes softdrink plenty of selection.

Wonderful place and customer service. Been eating there for several years. Always been the same people that served us and left us a good impression, and a good smile for all those years. Portions are excellent. Paid good attention when takeouts on the spice requests to avoid errors since we have some folks with less spice tolerance. A really good place that I recommend to try out!

Been to many other locations in Montreal and have generally had no issues with the food or service but the Ile-Perrot location is the worst. Past several times we've ordered there, the food quality was hit or miss but nothing compares to how rude the attitude was of the 2 men behind the counter. Never have I been given such a hard time to pick up a take out order placed through Uber Eats. Yelling No order number

By far this is the worst Thai Xpress I have been to in over five years the place is dirty looking vegetables and everything else is not fresh I ordered a Tom Yum soup with a Pad see ew and to be honest the broth for the soup was tasty but there was just noodles very few vegetables if not none I saw a couple of pieces of carrots and that’s about it the pad see ew on the other end was horrible and when I mentioned to the Wok person,I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about.Avoid this place for sanitary reasons..Great thai express representative, and seeing other reviews i guess thai express does mot care

Has ordered couple of times thinking that maybe it can turn out better after first one. However, the taste is awful. The spring roll and tofu has such a strong aftertaste of oil, it seems that they fry in the same oil for couple of days. Will never order from here again.

Horrible service, I don't recommend unless you know exactly what you want right off the bat. If you ask one too many questions the employee with the glasses will get annoyed at you and start telling you off. I've been going to the Ile-perrot thai express since I moved nearby because it's the only one around. I've always been nice to the employees so there's no reason to get treated this way. He threw the receipt at me when I didn't get it quick enough. From what I read from the reviews, I only saw the tip of the iceberg. I only go there because I like the food and it's the only one near me but I am seriously starting to consider going elsewhere. The employee who usually cooks (without glasses) is usually friendly to me though.

Employees are very rude and the food is mediocre. They both looked at me weirdly to pick up my takeout order and yelled at me for no reason. I usually go to the Vaudreuil one (I recommend everyone to take the detour there as they are friendlier and the food is tasty).Never again that I will be going to the Ile-Perrot location.

The two older men ,have no personality and often impatient. I was in there the last time and saw them very rude with a doordash driver who showed his pick up with her cell and one said wait please cant you see im working ?." The driver turned around
