Embody Movement Studio
A beautiful studio, with warm and welcoming decor. Many classes offered and you can test themout with a great introductory offer. I loved my first class and cannot wait to try the other 4 I picked. Registration is very easy online and even easier with their app.

Embody Movement Studio
Beautiful, inviting space. Many great classes to choose from. I've enjoyed and benefited from doing Nia dance, Qi gong and Journey dance classes. I'm looking forward to trying some yoga classes as well.Embody Movement studio is well worth checking out and is a real benefit to our community.
