Green Grads Window and Gutter Cleaning

I had Green Grads clean my gutters (inside & outside), as well as remove all the moss we had growing on our roof over the years. Price seemed competitive with the market and the work done looks great. But the reason I will use them again in the future is that the 2 guys who did the work were super polite and professional. I like that. Thanks guys!

Kudos to Green Grad technicians EVAN & SEBASTIAN (so warm, polite and professional AND strong!!!) and to the the wonderful responsive team (thank you David). Every inquiry was met with a rapid, positive response to my email. And although I had to switch around the service-dates due to my changing schedule, the team were completely a-okay and gave me just the option to choose a better calendar date & time. I can't say enough about this excellent first-time customer. I've already had a few neighbours enquire--but I'll be posting this review and sharing with all my friends and family. I love using Green Grads because they always do a stellar job and I don't even have to be there. They just go in and get the job done right and I can continue with my work day undisturbed. If I do happen to encounter them on the property the Green Grads are always well spoken , courteous and professional . Two thumbs up for this company!

We had Green Grads come to clean up our sidewalks, walkways and patio by pressure washing them. They did an amazing job. Everything is now sparkling clean and moss and dirt free. They left no mess behind. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

There are three words that I would use to describe my experience with Green Grads: Friendly, Professional, and Affordable.Jeff and Trevor are amazing technicians! They showed up on time, quickly touched base about the plan for today, and got right to work accessing safety and equipment off-loading. They were very happy and willing to answer any questions I had, and made sure I got a good look of my exterior and interior of the gutters (by photo) to ensure that I was happy with the work that was done. And I can safely say that I am very happy! The exterior of my gutters went from a dark gunk of sorts, to a brilliant white, and my gutters are cleaned out.On the booking/quoting side of things, I really appreciated how well Elliott communicated with me. Communication with customers is something I value a lot when it comes to working with businesses, and he was able to reach out to me and give an amazing quote (as well as answer any questions I had) quite quickly. Awesome work from him as well!What most people want to know: does the cost match the quality? My answer to that is the quality exceeds the cost; i.e., you will be getting great quality work done for an amazing price. If you have been neglecting the outer appearance of your home or business and you want a professional team to give it that rejuvenation, definitely give Green Grads a shot.

A happy customer for many years when they were first starting out. The workers are respectful, efficient , helpful, clean with attention to detail. I appreciate personalized communication I receive from management. In the rare case something was questioned they were back to me immediately. I recently had blinds, screens, interior windows, and retractable patio screens cleaned. 5-star job.
