I have just purchased a 2023 F150 powerboost and have it delivery last Saturday. Have driven it for a couple hundred kilometers these days and the experience is amazing. I’m not someone who post reviews for every place I visit, but the customer service at Lincoln Heights Ford was so exceptional I felt I really needed to. From the moment I walked in the door to buy a new (new for me at least) car I was treated like family, and this continued with everyone I met and worked with. From the test drives, to the deliberations, to the final stages of the purchase, every person made you feel like you were the most important customer they had, and their patience and approach remained consistent and first rate throughout the process. Just got home from buying my first truck from Lincoln Heights Ford Sales and I have to say that everyone on staff made it such a wonderful experience. Throughout the whole process there was never any pressure to purchase. I thought that our salesperson, Moe Issa, was incredible! His friendly personality and knowledge in the field was evident from the minute we started speaking with him. He had a natural ability to make me feel comfortable, regardless of all my questions. Having bought several vehicles in my life, this was by far my best experience. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, I would definitely check this place out, and would ask for Moe.
