Unfortunately I will not be returning here. I purchased a display item a discounted price after having spent 20min in the store trying to arrange this. They told me they will take it down from display and I could pick up the item 1-2 days later. I then get a phone call the next day stating it is now longer a display item, I could not have it for the discounted price, and I would have to have it refunded or re-order and pay full price. So disappointing.

So thoroughly annoyed with the lack of communication through website ordering. And there is very little accountability when I questioned them about it. I will be very cautious proceeding with another online, if I do in the future.

Great store! It's my go to place for blinds, lamps, wall art and everything in-between. They have beautiful accent pieces at reasonable prices. I like how organized the store is and staff have always been nice.

Friendly staff. Bought some curtains and one had a manufacturer defect. Easily returned them at a different Bouclair location.

Clean and organized. All products are well-stocked and easy to locate. Prices are fantastic!! Especially when items go on sale! Plenty of helpful staff available to answer questions and retrieve items from the stock room. Excellent customer service. Have shopped in store and online and have never had a single negative experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice selection of curtains which is all I've ever purchased from there. Took off a star because the prices are a bit ridiculous, though if you wait for their Buy One Get One 50% Off sale it isn't as bad.

Best place to find modern decor. Staff is extremely friendly. They always have a great music soundtrack playing. Have shopped at several Bouclair locations and they all have a great selection and have a similar atmosphere.
