Ideal Floors has always been excellent to deal with. Their pricing is always fare and competitively priced. I have never had any concerns or issues with any of the products that I have purchased. I always recommend good friends and family to deal with Ideal Floors for any of their flooring needs far exceeds the quality offered by the big box stores. Aftersales service is second to none.

Dealt with ideal floors for many years... bought flooring and blinds. Had a great experience until I decided to buy glue down vinyl plank to put in my living room which has quite a few windows. I asked if it would be a good floor for that and I was told it does not shrink or expand. After we installed the floor it shrank ALOT! Now when it came down to us needing warranty we have been left hanging. Also had a friend went there and asked about flooring for his home and was told they have never had issues with the vinyl plank just two weeks after we told them what happened to ours. Customer service seems great until things don't go in their favour. Very disappointed.
