Dupray

I have the Dupray NEAT™ Steam Cleaner and love the device. I feel like my apartment is cleaner and more hygiene when compared to using a traditional mop & bucket. I also recently broken the entension bar being clumsy and Dupray helped me out to get it replaced which was very generous of them. Would highly recommend the product.

Our HOME Dupray cleaner has been amazing in maintaining and making cleaning easy in a busy household with kids and a dog. Recently the wand broke and customer service has been quick to respond. I cannot recommend them enough!

I purchased because a neighbor told me how much he enjoyed his and how many different things he did with it. I purchased mine to clean my tile in the baths and laundry so I would no longer have to scrub it by hand, what a wonderful treat to stand and clean, its so easy and works so great. Works wonderful on the tubs and showers, too. I then purchased two more, one for each of my boys as they each are on bathroom duty at their homes and I knew it would be well received! Do yourself a favor and get one for yourself and all your children, too!

My Dupray steam clearner is one of my best purchases ever. I bought it on impulse and I can´t belive how useful is. It is even saving me on dry cleaners´s bills. Plus it can clean without any chemicals. A fantastic product and even better customer service. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone.

I reached out to customer service regarding a problem with the floor tool of my Neat Multi-Use Steam Cleaner. I was impressed with the prompt response and their willingness to send me a replacement. The steam cleaner itself is fantastic, boasting one of the highest water tank capacities available, and was able to clean an area of about 1200 sqft with just one tank fill. Aaaron, the representative I dealt with, provided excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Don't be discouraged if you have an issue with your Dupray appliance and you do not find a service center nearby.I was happily surprised when I contacted DUPRAY directly. They provided me with superb customer service and my issue was resolved. Dupray does take care of their customers!Thank you.

I have been using dupray’s steam cleaner for over a year now and I love it. I just recently bought the air purifier. It is such a cute design and fits right in with my decor. I have been an owner of the Dupray Neat steam cleaner for two years now and I have absolutely loved it! It has been such a handy cleaning tool for ALL of my cleaning needs. I use it all over my home for a quick sanitary clean that I can feel really good about and for detailing my cars. I don’t sweat it when nasty spills or marks make their way into their home (and with a toddler that’s a guarantee) because I know my Dupray has my back! (And my floors, and my upholstery and my surfaces ;) I love its compact square shape and flexible LONG cleaning hose and cord. It’s also my secret to the cleanest windows I’ve ever been able to accomplish, I can’t say enough good things about this steamer!

We purchased our Neat steam cleaner to help deal with a pretty messy tile tub enclosure in our rental property. The results were fantastic - see photos! It was also great to use on the laminate floors - An easy and streak free clean.
