Our trailer broke down on the 401 while on our way to the East Coast. I called Lens but they were unable to fix it. Their staff went out of their way to help us and made an appointment with Sweets Rv who promptly fixed the problem and set us on our way. Thanks for taking the time.

I just went and signed the paperwork for my 2020 Jayco Jay Flight and I couldn’t have been anymore impressed with how Lens RV has handled the financing/approval process. Len’s RV was absolutely wonderful to deal with they are all knowledgeable and very much making sure they are pointing you in the right direction for your safety as well. Craig asked us all the questions they we had and answered them all and not just trying to sell a trailer. I highly recommend them .

Completely disappointed, went an looked at a couple of 5th wheels and as we are planning to trade our park model provided details and told owner would need to inspect it and they would call to schedule it, so we could get an idea of what trade value was and total purchase price would be. Not even a phone call after 2 weeks no contact what so ever. Extremely disappointed with the client service. Make you wonder what after purchase service is like if sales service is this atrocious.

He asked the questions and did the research for us. So happy to buy a JAYCO trailer from him. Highly recommend Craig, and Len’s…a pleasant experience. Now bring on camping season!!

Len's RV is simply the most helpful & generous RV experience we have ever hadNew to RVing with our Prolite 12V the mechanic (so sorry I do forget your name!) pointed out to us our trailer hitch was installed. upside-down - that would be since picking it up in BC the year before.Generously stayed past closing to fix it along with the sales person (sorry, it has been months, and I do forget your name as well).Amazing service and didn't make us feel stupid.Highest recommendation, months later but no less heartfelt. Thank you!

Was welcomed by sales person Mark Mayhew with a smile and hand shake. Made me feel welcomed. Mark took me to every until I wanted to see based on my personal needs also showed me a few more. Mark never pressured me to buy ar up sale me. I was very comfortable. I left with lots to think about. I received 1 call mid week just to check if there were any questions I had. I drove back out the next weekend was treated the same way. Revisited some trailers and shown one that had come in used as well. Made my decision without feeling any pressure.I feel I was treated with respect from the start to then end of the process of purchasing my trailer. Never pressured in any way.I would highly recommend Lens RV and Mark Mayhew as a sales rep.Now the family adventures and memories can begin.Regards. Guy W.

Bought our 38BDHS last fall in 2021. Nothing but problems, after we got the approval for financing. Was a run around to try and get it delivered, and had to conform to there schedule not mine. Now there are several issues involving warranty and after getting hooked into a 5000 dollar extended ON SITE" service plan

Just purchased a camper from Lens and was very impressed with the service and how quickly we were able to close the deal and get our camper home! Mark and Rick were nothing but accommodating and made for a very seamless process. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!
