We purchased a 1520 sq ft Triple M home in August 2010 from Sunridge Homes in Brandon, MB.This home sat on the dealership lot for 2 years before we purchased it.Of the many issues we had from day one, the main issue continues to be that the initial caulking was never applied by the manufacturer. It was brought to the dealers attention on numerous occasions and we were told it was a non-issue and not to worry about it.3 years later we noticed the floor by the patio door was spongy. After crawling under the house and inspecting we noted the header plate under the patio door has rotted. It is so rotten that you could push a screwdriver through it. The wood behind the decorative pillars is also rotted. Nothing was caulked, so water penetrates every crack and crevice. In addition the floor joists were not nailed in properly and the floor is falling.I called to Triple M homes to get help. I spoke to Gary the warranty claims guy and also tried calling the president Rick. I got the runaround. They stopped taking my calls. When I called in and gave a fake name they took my call but then insisted they couldn't speak with me about the problem. It had to be done by email. Gary had no record of my multiple complaints to the dealer in Brandon. Mysteriously, the Brandon dealership lost our correspondence in a fire.In 2015, Gary from Triple M finally came out to Manitoba to inspect. He said it was homeowner negligence on the water damage, but how could that be when the home sat on the dealers lot for two years and had not been caulked before it was installed on our lot.(The manual said once during the first year the manufacturer would repair / caulk joints or cracks as required to correct deficiencies) This was never done. The dealer was negligent and now we have much larger issues. We cannot use the patio door.Some of floor joists are also twisting and causing the kitchen floor to drop. Gary advised that this was not a structural issue and therefore not covered by warranty. Again this makes no sense.There was also no flashing installed on all exterior windows, doors and vents on our entire home.Our problems with this home are so numerous and the dealer and manufacturer have both been negligent in correcting their mistakes.Triple M offered us a $500 bandaid and would not admit any guilt.This is not acceptable.Stay clear of this company!

We have heard nothing but amazing things when our parents purchased from Expert RV, and our parents can't get enough out of the use of their Park model.Best product and best service staff ever, everything was taken care of that my parents were promised. Customer service is definitely not a concept that Triple M understands. I have been waiting 7 1/2 months for my warranty items to be dealt with.I've heard a million excuses and not a single plan to get the items fixed.The entire process from choosing a model, getting pricing, getting a commitment on a delivery date and now trying to get my warranty items dealt with has been beyond frustrating!!

I would never recommend these home to people. I had 10 days to see what fixes needed to be done., they took 8 months to complete them. I can feel the drafts/house getting colder as soon as the furnace shuts off. Very poor craftsmanship in the work building these. My 1969 mobile was better put together and warmer than my new home. I wish I could go back in time :( Only giving this a 1 star because I have to.,

Here is a typical manufacturer with multiple dealers selling their product but with very little customer service. Our list of issues could go on for miles. There were warranty repairs that were looked after initially, others that were noted and photos taken at time of walk through, 2 1/2 years later still waited for repair to be done and to find out later they would supply parts only and that we had to pay a contractor ourselves to do the work. The run around we have had from our dealer since we purchased has been ridiculous. It may not be the dealers issue as they are the middle man and they need authorization from factory for repairs but no support from them either.Would not recommend the Triple M" product what so ever!! I also would not recommend the dealer we purchased from neither (United Homes) as they weren’t very good to deal with

From the onset...Asked for all coax to be cat5 (before build)... nope.Asked for 200amp Panel (before build)... nope.And it was while I was converting the panel to a 200amp Service that I found the arc-fault issues and had to rewire every receptacle in the house. Also had to replace every exhaust fan as their professional finishing" crew got drywall dust in all of them and also proceeded to sweep all of their garbage into the heating ducts. Also had one of their professional tell me he'd like to burn my house down.It's been just under 2 years.The jet tub no longer worksPipes squeal when hot water is turned on.Bedroom fans are pretty much toast.The floor is bubbling.The doorknobs on the exterior need to be replaced... all of them.The water pressure throughout varies by location.The heating is great... if you're right beside the furnace.So much inefficient use of space with cabinetry I would assume was purchased at a value mart store as the finish is already coming apart.The staff was less than knowledgable about their product... but eager to sell.Receptacles can all be found dead centre of the walls... so spec grade trailer essentially.No indication that master bath sinks weren't already hooked to main sewage... discovered this year when I noticed the insulation bulging.Asked to have sound proof insulation between children's rooms... low R installed... the kids can talk to each other through their walls.Was purchased on the promise of being finished and delivered in September... Didn't arrive until April the following year.WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER TO STICK BUILD... WOULD'VE TAKEN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME

I own a 2007 triple m home and I could be more disappointed with the home and the customer service. I had a roofer come in and told me that the shingles and ease trough and drop edge wasn't installed properly causing than water to go BEHIND the ease. The Windows were icing up in most of the bedrooms and when I called for warranty, i was told that I had to contact the window manufacture. I have to? Ten year warranty and it was only 9 years old. Also a wall in the home was going through the ceiling and then was I had to level the home. Not sure who does that and how that's done. The home is extremely drafty and the furnace doesn't work properly. Not to mention they installed it in the hallway. We can't even watch tv because the furnace overpowers the tv. The floors are cold and the skylight couldn't be cheaper. It ice dams every year so i had to put plastic window wrap over the skylight to stop the heat going into the void and causing the ice dam. I would never use or recommend Triple M homes to anyone. Even the neighbors said that the front window smashed out due to the structure sagging and putting pressure on the window frame before we moved in( you can seethe sag from the outside). Triple M needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service not ti mention their craftsmanship. Word of mouth.

Horrible experience dealing with any type of warranty, they don't stand behind the poor work they do in the factory. The dealer I bought the home from gives you a run around and a band aid fix. Grout is cracking so they run a diners worth in it now I got two distinct colours in the kitchen. Have had two major squeaks only one has been resolved over a year and a half. Poor service stay away. Love the home wish they would take pride in what they put out.
