Quite possibly the friendliest, most positive happy people I have ever known. Go there if just wanna feel good about your day ! The service is excellent and makes common sense. It's a small family run pharmacy that like to be personal helpful and happy. A throwback to good old days. Makes me smile every time I leave.

Shame on me for not reviewing Oak City Pharmacy earlier. I have been going here for a few years and I have no words for my continued experience. Galal and Mira are truly one of a kind. They go above and beyond each and every time. The time and genuine care is simply humbling to receive. If you live in Oakville, please fill your prescription here. Trust me, it's worth the drive, peace of mind and they are incredibly fast with all the orders. Cannot thank them enough. They are truly the BEST!

I can't talk enough about the exceptional service we receive from Galal and Mira. The genuine way that they take care of each and every one of their customers is just unbelievable. After getting tired of the (lack of) service at a big grocery store pharmacy, I moved all my family's prescriptions to Oak City Pharmacy. It's the best thing I could have done. They are so friendly and helpful. I will occasionally get a phone call to say I'm coming due for a refill, or that I need to get a prescription renewal from the doctor, and, by they way, they can take care of that for me.When I walk in, I feel like Norm from Cheers, because they all know my name -- even with a mask on.

In the past, I've only ever dealt with the big chain and online pharmacies. Then I moved to Oakville. I walked into Oak City Pharmacy and was immediately greeted by Galal, the owner/pharmacist. Super friendly and accommodating. It didn't take long before I agreed to move my scripts over which Galal and his team handled for me. I've had my flu and shingles vaccines taken care of by Galal and his team. Most of all, when I was going through illness last fall, Galal was so helpful, kind, and compassionate. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend!

Shoppers couldn't get my RX in stock fast enough despite repeated complaints, so I looked for the best-reviewed local place and found Oak City. Now my RX is always available within a day or two of placing the order, and often Galal has beaten me to the refill. Galal and Mira obviously really care and never forget or do a sloppy job of anything. Absolutely switch to Oak City if you're using Shoppers, you won't regret it.

Literally the best pharmacy in the world. Galal and Mira are so kind and compassionate. They always are so nice to see and go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need and understand everything :) makes going to the pharmacy a nice part of my day instead of a chore. I know I can always trust them! I would recommend anyone nearby to switch to them :) it’s clear they truly care about everyone they help.
