I'm so impressed with the service I received... I walked in without an appointment. Requesting a very special tattoo to commerate a very special day. The owner of the establishment, made it happen! He did an amazing job , beautiful clean lines I couldn't be happier... I'm definitely going back next week for another custom piece!

For my 18th birthday I wanted to get a tattoo, before my actual birthday I went in for a consultation. I was greeted by a mean lady who was condescending and short fused she was unwilling to have a conversation or answer my questions. I ended up getting the tattoo on my birthday anyway and was disappointed. The linework is shaky and I was uncomfortable the entire time as they barley communicated anything to me. Now every time I look at my first ever tattoo I have an awful memory to look back on... on my birthday I might add. Definitely never going back and recommend finding another tattoo shop! (Also going to mention I am looking for another artist to touch up the mess these people made)

I went for a walk in and showed Duane what I had in mind, within 10 minutes he had an awesome drawing ready to go and we got started shortly after. He was focussed and professional, his attention to detail was excellent, the line work was awesome, the shading was smooth, the colours were vibrant and he was laser focussed the whole time.I have no doubt that this tattoo will still be legible and vibrant 20 years from now. I can't wait for it to heal.Thanks for the wizard! I will definitely be back soon.For anyone reading, just make sure you have an idea of what you want before you go in.

Cait is the absolute best when it comes to piercings. Shes professional, clean and very calming! I'll be back for sure! :)

Got a tattoo yesterday and it was great. Michelle was great . She did a great tattoo.

Left deposit right before they closed. Cancelled it 5 mins after they opened the next morning (granted, it was within their 48h cancellation policy) but that’s not the issue.I called them literally 6 times and was always told someone would call me back - nobody ever did. I was told 4 times someone would call me later that day and left two voicemails. I understand I signed the form and made the apt at the moment of the 48h cancellation policy, but there would have been no way for the spot to be filled based on the time I made and cancelled it and the slot was literally going to take about 20 mins. I was just curious to see if I could get the deposit back.Overall just horrible customer service. Don’t say you’ll call someone back 4 times and then just not. I get that it’s a tattoo parlour and not SpaceX so the expectations should reasonably be relatively low, but a little common courtesy so I didn’t have to call every other day for 13 days would have displayed at least an ounce of professionalism.Bottom line. Keep the cash, who cares, but if you say you’ll call someone back (4 times + 2 voicemails) maybe take the 90 seconds to just do it and say “sorry but that’s not our policy.”Honestly I wasn’t surprised by the lack of professionalism but the scale of it here was just bizarre. Get your tat done somewhere else where they at least consider you worthy of a 90 second phone call. Professionalism - 0/5. Common courtesy - 0/5. Public relations - 0/5. Lady I finally talked to on my 6th call seemed reasonable-ish - 2/5.

Great shop with great artists! I got my first tattoo (a bat with wildflowers)here by Justin, and came back for my second with Greg (devil with lady head). I recommend them to everyone :)

I had a very good first time tattooing experience. I went in with an idea in my head. The receptionist was patient and helpful in selecting number fonts and the symbols I wanted. Tattoo artist Duane made me feel comfortable while he worked on my wrist tattoo. I’m happy with the results and it’s healing well. Thanks
