Recent move to Montreal. Our 12 y/o, four legged family member stayed with Manoir Kanisha for one week.I've valued our prior boarding facility and was apprehensive in my search for a new facility. Manoir Kanisha Management and the staffs direct involvement with our dog far exceeded our expectations!All we can say is thank you! An absolutely fantastic operation! Special thanks to the **great** staff members who walked our dog throughout the day, Joanne - *you're one very special lady, and Nicole for providing such a fantastic setting! I'm missing one other name... and I apologize, assist(?) manager of operations.We were very fortunate to find your boarding facility. If you're seeking quality care for your pet, I have full faith, you too will find this place a fantastic place for your pets.

We would like to express our utmost gratitude to all the personnels (Nicole, Peggy, Tim...) at Manoir Kanisha for providing thorough care with sincere love to our ORION (Shiba Inu, 3 years old) during his stay for over four months.Our relocation to Australia and the strict regulation for pets' entry to the country separated us for over such a long period, and it was the most difficult time for our entire family. However, from the start of his stay until the departure for Australia, Manoir Kanisha not only provided him the best professional care but also reassured his separated family with regular updates on his health and happiness. They provided him wonderful playtime twice a day, which of course he loved. They provided his updates regularly with beautiful photos and responded to our questions immediately with detailed information. Moreover, they took care of all the complicated relocation processes (vaccinations, export/import paper works, communications with related authorities, etc,).We, all his family, were extremely happy to see him arrive in Australia from Canada in such wonderful conditions and were so grateful to Manoir Kanisha for their thorough professional service. As we are true dog lovers, we were a little apprehensive about leaving our babies" at Manoir Kenisha for the very first time. I was only able to speak with Nicole over the phone as we live in Calgary. Nicole was very helpful and put us at ease even though I may have called her about 15 times before our arrival. Nicole is very well versed in the area of animals and their care. The moment we entered the manoir we knew that this was the best place to leave our family members. Initially we were apprehensive about leaving the dogs overnight

Manoir Kanisha helped with our dog's layover in Montreal as she traveled from Canada to Europe. Nicole allayed all of our concerns by calling and emailing with updates. Our dog had a great visit with Manoir Kanisha and we absolutely will use them again! Thank you, Nicole!

Manoir Kanisha does a fantastic job for pet boarding! We boarded our two outdoor bunnies and Nicole and her team were extremely accommodating and caring during our bunnies' stay. I was truly impressed how thoughtful and considerate the team was of bunnies' needs although the place doesn't usually host outdoor bunnies.

I've been taking my dogs to Manoir Kanisha for years and years and I've always been satisfied with how they treat my beloved dogs.They have a very caring staff and I always feel comfortable leaving them there knowing they will get very good care. Totally satisfied! <3

I had to send my dog for urgent treatment tot the vet in Montreal. Traveling on her own from the north of Quebec, she was picked up from the airport, boarded overnight and taken to the vet's the next day. Staff were extremely helpful and communicative about plans, logistics, drop-off and pick up times. I would not hesitate to use Manoir Kanisha again.
