Fitness Experience
I had been looking into buying a spin bike for a while online, but decided to go around a few fitness stores in Calgary. Fitness Experience was my last stop of the day and definitely the best! The store was well displayed and clean. Nathan was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. He even threw in a free floor mat. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of dealing with both Jason and Nathan. Super great genuine people and they really do appreciate the business. I would suggest everyone stop in here first before purchasing anywhere else. Fitness Experience
I was at the store today, Nathan was his name young man in his 20s, was helping me find exactly what I came in for, I didnt know how to recommend him to their manager but I am writing to say he was very knowledgeable of the equipment and showed me the proper techniques. I really love this stores customer service and as a customer I can say that they really do care for what they sell to you. Definitely recommend it.

Fitness Experience
If you don't know the city well Fitness West is not easy to find, the traffic around it can be a pain, and parking is horrible....But its well worth the trouble. The staff there (I dealt with Jon) are knowledgeable and just the right mix of helpful and hands off to let you look around and browse.The showroom is not huge, but is well organized and clean. And I got the best price anywhere and only a few bucks off of Amazon. Very pleased with Fitness West

The staff at Fitness West are extremely knowledgeable. They were very good at listening to my fitness needs/goals, easily guiding me in the appropriate direction for my equipment purchase. Excellent selection of products and store is very well organized. I'll be back for sure!

What a great place to buy my gym equipment!! Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my need and exceeded them without a doubt. I tried shopping at the other fitness store in Calgary and ended up here. Would shop nowhere else!! Have to go here!! Thank you guys for all your help now and in the future!!!

Fitness Experience
Terrible experience due to awful communication and customer service. I ordered on September 14th, was told I’d have my order in 1-2 weeks, but all I have received is a run around from Troy, the Business Development Manager and the headache of having to repeatedly try to follow up with him to receive answers. There are so many other places to purchase equipment from, I’d recommend not bothering with Fitness Experience.

Fitness Experience
I had an excellent experience with the Fitness Experience service department. I required a treadmill disassembled on very short notice. Janice went above and beyond to arrange schedules to accommodate this. Janice was responsive, customer focused, professional and friendly. The technician, Dustin, was careful with the parts, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this team if you need service for your fitness equipment.

Fitness Experience
Purchased a water rower from them last weekend, fantastic experience. Sales staff was super helpful and great to deal with. Even when the rower was delivered I did not pay for set up but they took everything out of the box and laid out every part to make it super easy to put together and then took away all the garbage . I will be be buying any other fitness gear from them in the future !!
