If I can give 0 star I would do it for sure. Worst customer service ever. Had to visit store for return and served by person name Parth. No customer service was provided fully non professional person busy in phone while talking to us. Didnt provided the service I des erved. Not knowledgeable staff. Never visit again.

Keeping a track of the products in the store and inventory is recommended, as I saw it was available online but in store I was advised to buy an alternate product, which was not my choice. More diligence in this scenario is recommended.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. It's an absolute shambles of a store. How on EARTH were they awarded 4 stars??? Must be friends and family!) Customer service is woefully non existent and the staff are completely inept. They tend not to want to share (?) information with other branches often to the detriment of the customer. All I wanted to do was get a pair of Sony headphones. They weren't available at the WEM branch so they tried calling them. When they finally picked up, they completely refused to offer ANY information on whether they had it or not. So we turned up. They didn't have it. Why they wouldn't say over the phone, beats me. So I left and bought it online. Unfortunately the headphones had a problem so I went to my closest Source (this useless store) to try to get it changed. First off, the lady was on a personal call while I stood there waiting. Secondly, even though the website clearly states that they could do the exchange for me, they refused. I called WEM and the staff member there was also baffled as to why we couldn't change it there. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! STEER CLEAR!!!!

I came in to grab a pair of new air pods pro today, upon arrival I was greeted by Joy and I told her I was looking for new air pods pro gen 2 and she went to go grab them from the back. After she grabbed them I told her I wanted her to price match with Visions electronics because they were on sale there. She said she will have to google it before giving it to me at that price (which is totally fine, as I understand that is a company policy) but after this her tone changed with me and she started acting like as if she was doing me a favour and would only respond to be with a head nod after that which to me is extremely rude especially when I’m being nothing but nice the whole time. This behaviour was uncalled for as I chose to give my business to the source when I could have gone to any other electronic retailer. This was probably the worst customer service I received in a very long time and I was very disappointed.

Chintan gave us very great plan option, and very knowledgeable for electronics. Thank you for awesome cx service experience.

I was at the store gate right at 8:48 pm and found the store was closed. If I was aware that they don't honor or haven't updated their timing on google if that's the case, I should have gone somewhere else as I need to pick an important stuff and not wasted my time.

While shopping in town center, I came across the source and I met Chintan there. He helped me buy a new phone. I am very happy about how subtle service he has provided. Let me tell yaa ask for chintan when you are in the source at the Millwood town center. Great work.

Sent my wife mother in law in with 2 screen shots of the products I needed picked up that were in stock at this location. Rather than help, the pushy sales dude asked a bunch of questions about her phone, asked to see her phone, and attempted repeatedly to upgrade her phone. No means no man. Greasy. Brutal. Do not recommend shopping here.
