A HD crashed on one of our data collection computers. Many hours of programming time and collected data were seemingly lost forever. Luckily, I found HDD Recovery Service on YouTube. I sent the drive to Erkin, and I am happy to report that the data was recovered, and the original HD was cloned onto a new SSD. One of the best data recovery services in the world, located right here in Canada: the staff is responsive and friendly, but most important: efficient. My brand new SSD hard drive failed unexpectedly after loading it with irreplaceable content from a live concert that was filmed for television. I had only loaded the content onto the drive and used it once before it just completely and randomly failed. After many unsuccessful attempts to recover the files myself with expensive recovery software and after local hard drive repair companies telling me it was impossible and the content was lost, I came across HDD Recovery Services. I called them and they answered right away and immediately made me feel confident that the footage could be recovered. After sending them the hard drive they got to work on it right away. This particular case proved to be highly challenging because the drive was over 1.5TB of 4K video from roughly 10 cameras plus project files and more. It also didn’t help things that I had the drive formatted to work for both Max and Windows; further fragmenting the files. Somehow, they worked their MAGIC on the drive and completely recovered every single file in its original state with the original file names and everything works 100%! The process of sending the drive was so simple and risk-free because they send a pre-paid shipping label and only charge you once the files are recovered. They even took the time to send me a video to show me that all of the files were in working order. I simply don’t know of anyone more capable of recovering what everyone else in the industry considered to be lost forever. I am a semi-professional photographer. I had two CF cards that had been corrupted, images from a major trip. I sent them to HDD and was rewarded with most of the images recovered. HDD Recovery Services are amazing!! I sent them a dead flash drive, and they somehow recovered most of my data. I have been very lax on backing up my data, so when it refused to open, I panicked.
